    It was ruined and horrible..The door key would not operate and we had to have desk clerk come to open the door and then she did not offer us another room. On top of that she gave us the room with the gargbage dump outside and the garbage truck woke us up at 6 am with all the noise. We will never ever never stay there again!!!     Over 100 degrees and no AC in either room. Stopped at 1030 at night during a road trip to get a nights sleep. Had to wait over two hours before room was a tolerable temp. People smoking on the hall of the none smoking floor - was not cigarettes either! Terrible experience.

    Overall not to bad of a hotel. The room was clean and everything worked properly in the room. The hotel was right off the exit from the interstate. The continental breakfast was not to good though. For the price of the room it is what I expected.

    My only complaint was that the hallways had a strong cigarette smoke smell. And the door locks were a bit tweeky. They didn't always work the first time. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable.

    We did not have a good experience. We were supposed to have a non-smoking room but the receptionist could not get the door to our room open so we were moved to a smoking room. The room was dirty and the blankets had cigarette burns in them. We asked for new blankets but the receptionist said that they did not have any clean ones.

    I was there on business and needed to study and prepare for a meeting. A dog down the hall barked all night and even again the next morning. I was not able to prepare at all.     THEY RENTED ROOM 114 BY THE HOUR THE WEEKEND ON APRIL 1. THE POLICE HAD TO BE CALLED 3 TIMES. I HAD 4 GUYS BANGING ON MY DOOR AT 3:00 IN THE MORN. OUR BALLTEAM WAS THERE & ALL HAD ROCKS THROWN AT WINDOWS ALL NIGHT LONG. THERE WERE CARS IN PARKING LOT WITH ALL THERE TIRES SLASHED. THIS PLACE WAS THE WORST IV SEEN.
