This was a very good, cost effective and convenient hotel to stay in, so much so that I booked two additional rooms for other members of my family, it was also located relatively close to a reunion that we were all going to.We were all very happy with our stay at this hotel and would reccomend it with confidence to anyone.

hotel wasvery nice. however, hotels.com created a problem in this booking as they notified the hotel that only three guest were coming instead of 5! when we arrived at midnight u can only imagine how unhappy we were to discover this problem.

IT IS A VERY GOOD HOTEL.... HOWEVER EVEN THOUGH I HAD ALREADY PAID MY STAY TO HOTEL.COM, THE MARRIOTT HOTEL CHARGED ME AGAIN ON MY CREDIT CARD. I HAD TO CALL THEM WHEN I ARRIVED BACK TO THE UNITED STATES AND THEY FIXED IT AND CREDIT MY CARD.

"JW Marriott Hotel in Mexico City"
A luxury hotel in a great location in the Polanco neighborhood. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Service was very attentive, and my room was tastefully appointed. The bedding was very comfortable, the air conditioning system worked great, and the room was equipped with a large flat-screen TV. Other nice amenities in the hotel include several dining options […] and a comfortable lobby bar. Best of all, the hotel has a health club with sauna/steam and an outdoor pool. When I had downtime, it was the perfect spot to exercise and then relax under the Mexican sun. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. Read more

Great hotel in all aspects. Located in a nice area of the city. Conveniently located near the first stop of the Grey Line city bus tour and the Bosque de Chapultapec.

"Viel zu teuer"
An Wochentagen viel zu teuer, Frühstück sehr durchschnittlich , nix besonderes, Fitness Center; alte ausgeleierte Geräte.Saune Stearoom , alt und teilweise dreckig, Dusche funktionieren nicht richtig, etc etc Dafür ist Pool ist geheizt und ok
