"BEST POSITION FOR SHOPPING AT HARVEY NICKS AND HARRODS!"

This hotel is great - the rooms are interesting in shape, so it doesn't feel like a bog-standard hotel room, the beds extremely comfortable with really good quality bed linen and pillows. The rooms have a good mini bar, but no tea making facility! The bathrooms were good with generous walk in shower and separate bath. The staff on all front desks, reception, conceirge were excellent and nothing was too much trouble. The position of the hotel, next door to Harvey Nicols was great for our shopping trip.

"Grand Hotel right in the heart of London"

We loved our stay at the Sheraton Park Tower. The beds were extremely comfortable and soothing, the bathroom very roomy with lots of warm water pressure. The hotel was clean, quiet, very luxurious and friendly. It was situated just perfectly next to Hyde Park, a 5 minute walk to Harrod's and a short walk to most major attractions. We loved it and wouldn't hestitate to return. The room was large and comfortable.

"Excellent location but tired rooms!"

Pros: location is second to none, hyde park is just across the street, harrods and other shopping are extremely close, restaurants, tube are all walking distance. Cons: extremely tired rooms, dirty curtains, smell smoke even in non-smoking rooms, walls are thin you can easily hear the TV from the other rooms, wireless internet for a charge 5 pounds for 15mins! small TV 25" tube!! don't expect a welcome at the entrance or any from other staff, can't believe this is a 5 star luxury hotel!

"Knightsbridge Best located 5 star hotel"

Everything about the hotel is absolutely great, from the cleanliness of the rooms to the alacrity of the staff. I stayed there for 3 nights and if there is one downside I may say about the hotel is that its that its lobby isn't as cozy, large, or bright as the one at the Grosvenor House hotel in Park Lane. With both hotels at similar rate I would rather stay at the later one if I wanted just to relax but if I had shopping in my mind then I would definitely stay at the Sheraton.

Very nice hotel if you are looking for a 5 star hotel. We got a free upgrade to Executive Room. Excellent service among the employees. Try the English breakfast served at your room. Fine location if you want to use all the shopping possibilities in Knightsbridge and the nearness to Hyde Park. Also nice alley-ways close to the hotel. We will definitively try this hotell again.
