Amazing location, They have thought of everything in the room. Cynthia was very helpful. We had a hicup in our travels, she accomadated us like we were family. The breakfast was perfect for skiing. Coffee was the best I ever had. I would highly recommend this to anyone who wants to have a wonderful time in Aspen.

The bed was very comfortable. The staff was great and the included breakfast was quite good. The tv in our room was small and old, but we weren't there to watch tv so this is not a negative. We would stay here again.

Loved staying here. The rooms are clean and the hotel is Close to shops and restaurants and bars, and the mountain. the staff was more than accomodating - Laura at the front desk was excellent.
Location.
The red-brick, five-story St. Regis Aspen Resort in Aspen, Colo., is tucked into Aspen Mountain's base, one block from the Mill Street and Copper Avenue pedestrian malls and two blocks from the Silver Queen Gondola. Complimentary airport shuttle service and transportation throughout Aspen is available by request.
Hotel Features.
A fusion of American and Mediterranean-inspired fare is presented in the restaurant, which boasts an outdoor fire pit and an exhibition kitchen. Offerings include Pan-Seared Jumbo Sea Scallops and Ancho-Soy Braised Lamb Shank. This Todd English restaurant chain also offers cooking classes. The casual Shadow Mountain Lounge hosts live jazz or piano music accompanied by a light menu, cocktails, beers and wines. Western-themed artwork and bronze sculptures adorn the resort's common area. Conference rooms, a 24-hour business center and computer rentals are provided, as is complimentary wireless Internet access. Pampering Remede Spa treatments include the Micro-Exfoliating Pedicure, Hydrating Body-Refining Wrap and the Sweep Body Softening Scrub. A 24-hour fitness center, exercise equipment and a movement studio with group classes including yoga are available. Amenities include an outdoor splash pool and three adjacent spa tubs.
Guestrooms.
The 179 guestrooms and suites contain carved, maple-finished furnishings, leather seating, desks, rich fabrics in contrasting prints and décor in tones of soft olive, cranberry red, chocolate brown and cream. Bedding features Pratesi linens, pillowtop mattresses and down comforters. Italian marble bathrooms offer dual basin sinks, adult bathrobes and children's bath amenities and bathrobes. Each room includes flat-screen televisions, wireless Internet access, video game consoles, and CD and DVD players. Personalized, stocked refrigerators are provided.

The Restaurant - Traditional American recipes merge with Mediterranean inspiration, an exibition kitchen, and an outdoor fire pit where diners toast their own s'mores. Open for breakfast, luch and dinner.
Shadow Mountain Lounge - This casual gathering spot has distressed-leather sofas and chairs flanking a floor-to-ceiling granite fireplace. With dramatic views of Aspen Mountain, the lounge serves a light menu, cocktails, aperitifs, wines, and a selection of domestic and imported beers.
The Remède Spa has a movement studio for yoga, aerobics, and other group classes (surcharge), and a 24-hour fitness center has cardiovascular and strength-training equipment and free weights. The resort is located at the base of Aspen Mountain, one block from Silver Circle Ice Rink and two blocks from the Silver Queen Gondola. Guests have access to year-round mountain sports, including skiing, snow shoeing, snowmobiling, snowboarding, hiking, biking, whitewater rafting, and fly-fishing.
The Aspen Golf Course, 3.5 miles away, has an 18-hole course, driving range, pro shop, and PGA instruction. Redesigned by Jim Engh, the 18-hole course at Snowmass Club is 10.5 miles away. Aspen Parks and Recreation maintains a variety of recreational facilities (surcharge), including the Aspen Golf and Tennis Club, indoor climbing and fitness classes at the Red Brick Gym, skateboarding at the Aspen Skate Park, and swimming at the Aspen Recreation Center.
