Stayed to nights - stay was very good room could have used another chair.

The air conditioner would not cool the room. Maintenance came, set it at 65 degrees (it never got anywhere near cool) and said it couldn't go lower.

ticked all the boxes. nice hotel. nice decor, fresh. comfortable, easy to get to. what more could you ask for?

I asked the front desk staff for a receipt upon checkout and she refused. I asked if it was possible and he said no. The only way I am going to be to be reimbursed from the company I work for is by providing a receipt. I could not get one. I am furious.

Arrived at the Hotel around 10:00pm check in process was very quick. Got to my room with my wife and 2 kids and room appeared to be clean and in order I proceeded to get onto the internet while my wife and kids turned on the tv the internet speed was horrible not any better than dial up yet it was a wireless connection and the my wife was disappointed […] with the tv no movie rentals and only about 35 channels. At this point we set the alarm and went to sleep. the Alarm went off at 8:00am as it was set and breakfast ends at 9:00 so we had plenty of time to get down to the lobby to enjoy some waffles etc but when we got to the lobby we were surprised to see they were packing up so we asked them why they were packing everything up they said breakfast ends at 9:00 and we said we know but its ........... needless to say our alarm was not adjusted for daylight savings time so we missed breakfast. The room was nice and clean and the bed was comfortable and quiet. The neighborhood was suburban (safe and boring). The breafast was quite weak. Literally the juice and coffee was half strenght.

I found my accommodations quite pleasant. I enjoyed having the comforts of a king bed, LCD flat panel TV, sofa and full size desk for workspace. The microwave and refrigerator worked well. The digital thermostat was a plus however, the AC was noisy and interrupted my sleep. I would definitely recommend this location to friends and family. It is pet […] friendly has terrific peaceful grounds which I thoroughly enjoyed for my morning walk. My pet was also very pleased with the room and grounds. Complimentary breakfast was great! Sorry to say we were not satisfied with our stay. We had requested a non-smoking room but there was an odor of smoke in the room. There was mold on the shower curtain and a hair in the tub and on the bed. Breakfast was basic but fine, muffins were good. Pool was fine. Rest of hotel seemed fine. Rooms were spacious.

Very nice hotel, extremely comfortable beds. Staff was nice, very helpful. Pool are is lovely.

Stayed here pre/post Miami based cruise. Had to extend stay another night, post cruise, due to a sudden illness. Staff was very accomodating and helpful with our change in plans. Great place, great staff.....recommend highly.

Stayed here just one night before flying back to UK. Nice pool to relax around, handy for Sawgrass Mills Mall and great breakfasts.

Ants in the room. 2/3 unsuccessful wake up calls. air conditioner did not work well.

managers professional and very helpful. The cleaner for our room was not the best until after we said something and the manager got right on it. We needed a rollaway which was not comfortable enough to sleep on as it had horrible springs so we doubled up in bed.

The hotel was nice and staff very friendly, but we did not realize they were pet friendly. There were dogs walking in the hall. Also down the hall from us the person staying in that room left her small dogs locked in the room all day and into the evening and we heard their constant yelping. It was very annoying. We'd stay here again.

At first we thought it was a smoking room but then discovered that it was actually the smell of dogs since the one down the hall kept barking. The front desk seemed bothered by anything that was requested such as sheets for the pull out couch.

The staff was very friendly and the room was very comfortable and very clean. The hotel and room was NOT run down in any way. I would definately recomend this hotel to everyone and will stay there again myself.

The hotel is in a very good location and the surrounding area appears to be safe for tourist. I had booked a non smoking room and when I reached to the room the entire floor smelled smokey. I called the front desk and stated my concerns and stressed why I requested a non smoking room. The front desk excuss was that I did not booked directly with LaQuinta […] and the hotel was full. I was very satisfied with the hotel, very clean and the location for me was perfect. I will go back for sure.

The continental breakfast was good and the rooms were really nice for the price. The staff also made sure we were able to check-in early. We would stay there again and also recommend to anyone staying in the area.

I needed a non-smoking room and the room I got had a strong odor of smoke. They said the hotel was full and I could not move to another room. They came with a machine to help remove the odor but it did not work.

Was given a smoking room and immediatly contacted staff they were very nice and made sure we got another room. Staff professional and friendly would and will stay here again.

This is an excellent Hotel. The rooms are extremely comfortable, clean and spacious. I will definitely be staying there again. A little more variety in the breakfast would be nice.

Overall, the hotel itself wasn't bad. Property, rooms and lobby are clean. However, the front desk clerk (Jessica) was not helpful at all. Very convenient location, close to westfield and broward mall, ALOT of restaurants and you are close to major highways

this was used for a night stop. but it really can be used for more,.pool is fine and hot tub is great. breakfast is also good. I shurelly will use again if I need to stay in this county.

Nothing stood out about this hotel; it was a nice place, good breakfast, etc. The TV occasionally had problems receiving one channel or another, and the shower curtain wasn't as clean as it could be. Otherwise, the room was nice, spacious, and comfortable. The hotel employees were hospitable and friendly.

Overall good hotel, excellent desk service but two problems: (1) The water in the shower was only slightly warm. I was told that someone tried to fix it, but with meager results. (2) There is no restaurant inside, and you are advised to order out. They have a provider for Chinese food and pizza. Breakfast also slim.

stayed here for a night as it is close to the airport and was flying the next day at 7am. the receptionist gave wrote the wrong room # on our key card so after trying to unlock our room several times I went downstairs and there was a guy chatting up and it took about 15mins for my turn simply to be told - "sorry wrote down the wrong room #" i was so […] tired and hoping to get up first thing and that was last thing I needed so hence the 2 stars. Defintely enjoyed the experience and will be back!, Staff was professional and courteous and very wiling to help.

My first stay here was for 5 days by myself in the King room. It was cleaned and internet usage was great, but the there was some issues with the cable television channels. My second stay was just overnight with another person in the double bedrooms. Unfortunately, one of the beds wasn't in clean condition. You can tell that the linens weren't changed […] from the previous guest because hair was spotted on the bed. Other than that, everything was fine. Read more

I live in Miami, and needed just a little get away, or a "Stay-Cation", I recommend this hotel. My cousin and I really enjoyed ourselves. Not noisy, clean room, friendly service, nice free breakfast ( only wished they would get oatmeal on the menu). The spa was the topping on the cake. My family needed a place to stay for 2 days and were looking for location and comfortable beds. The hotel was kept cleen, the continental breakfast was satisfying, and the beds were very comfortable. Good choice if you're looking for a couple of nights.

Overall experience was impressive. Bed was very comfortable, and bathroom accessories/linens were clean.

I found this hotel on the internet, while planning a last-minute trip. It had great reviews, so I reserved a room, and checked in a few hours later. We stayed just one night, but we will be back again! The rooms were very nice, very clean, & very comfortable. Staff was great. We will be looking forward to going back.

The hotel is comfortable and well located in a safe neighborhood. The continental breakfast is welcomed, and delicious. My only gripe is that we had a difficult time getting housekeeping to provide clean towels daily. Don't know what the problem was since I saw that a clipboard with items were to be checked off, and many days our towels were not provided. […] The property is beautiful and landscaping is gorgeous. Very nice loved the king bed, noise was at a min and everything was clean.

Very Nice and clean, had no noise issues either, The pool and area is very small, but still was good and hot tub worked..

Easy and quick checkin. The breakfast was ready on time. The front desk clerk was very helpful although he was dealing with checkouts and breakfast. The location is great because it is close to local business complex, mall and local restaurants.
