I was so pleasantly welcomed by the staff at check-in. The room was beautifully decorated and had all the ammenities to make for a lovely stay. Breakfast was delicious and the sun room where it is located was just splendid. Overall the experience was terrific and the price was quite a bargain for what was expected.

Enjoyed the stay. Only having stayed at many Courtyard facilities, I was a little disappointed not to find a frig, micro etc, in the room. Bathroom sink area a bit smaller than most. Other wise a nice stay.

Situated in Santa Clara, Quality Inn & Suites Silicon Valley is in the business district and close to Triton Museum of Art, Winchester Mystery House, and California's Great America. Also nearby are Harris-Lass Historic Museum and Santa Clara University.

Surround by numbers of Korean restaurants, the service of the hotel is really nice, clean room, but the shower didn't work in my room.

"nice but not in winter"
Location is great and rooms were neat and clean, service was good but it is a MOTEL - not a hotel. so if you don't mind (or like) having your car in front of your room .... my issue was heat; sounds funny but Northern CA has some cold nights and my heater stopped working and the place was full so I was given a space heater (number 3 - so this must […] happen all the time). My room was COLD that night (like 50). They fixed it the next day and then it happened the next night. "Great hotel"
This is a great hotel. It has free breakfast and free Internet access. It is also very clean. Given the cheap price, it is really a good deal to live in this hotel. The only problem I had was that the noises made by my neighbour upstairs. Luckily, he/she was there for only two nights.

"Cheap quality, but not very cheap price"
The only thing I like about this hotel is the location, convenient for food, particularly Asian food. The cleaning is not too bad, without noticeable unpleasant smell in the room that I stayed. On the other hand, I think the hotel should have invested a bit more on improving the quality. For example, this is the first hotel that I have experienced which […] does not provide a single glass or ceramic cup, only Styrofoam cups, which are not always good for hot drinks or microwave uses besides cheap appearance. Coffee pot is small and looks cheap. So to me making tea or coffee is definitely not a pleasure there. The AC unit is very noisy. The breakfast is too basic, with milk, DIY waffles, cereals, juice, etc., boiled eggs, no fruits (maybe I was too late to get some). Clean, Updated and Priced very well. I have stayed at most of the Hotels on this strip.

Very clean room. Very update room. Customer service was wonderful. Location is perfect.
"Clean and free breakfast"
Clean and comfortable. Free breakfast from 6-10, with hot boiled eggs, cereal, oatmeal, Belgian waffles, fruit and yogurt. Could hear neighbors sometime, but nothing rowdy.

"Worst Hotel Ever!"
I stayed at this hotel, and first its a "motel" and it looks nothing like the picture, also the owners are very rude, they are always looking at people and not courteous at ALL, my internet on my phone didnt work so i told the owner and they didnt care they just ignored me and gave me dirty looks, then there want any elevators, there were stairs, the […] pool was very very dirty, the breakfast couldnt be any worse, once again the owners were looking at how much food you toke, honestly i would never stay at this hotel again, if your looking for a nice hotel, dont stay here! "Great for a quick night"
Surrounding neighborhood wasn't bad, but wasn't what I expected. Hotel was nice, although the sink faucet in my room dripped occasionally, not enough to bother me while I slept. Breakfast area could use some work, but was still very nice. Walls seemed thin as I could hear two of my neighbors TV's, but their TV's were also very loud. Overall a nice […] place to stay. No big issues. I felt safer with my car outside my room, however I also felt more vulnerable with my room opening directly to the outside which again was countered by the enclosed parking area. I would stay here again given it's proximity to where I needed to be, but it may not be my first choice if there is something newer in the area. Read more
