Excellent Hotel and excellent service. My claim is about the room next to mine, that was divided by a non isolated junction door, that could make you hear everything from there... Even at 6:30h in the morning, when they used to wake up...

Very nice room for the price we paid. Room was spacious and kitchennette is a plus! Close to all major places that we wanted to go: 5th avenue, Juarez avenue, Walmart, ADO station, colectivo station, good restaurants. Had a great time!

We spent 6 nights in this hotel in their royal club section. Overall it was a positive experience. The hotel personel was friendly and helpful. On the other hand, the management of the hotel should pay more attention for small details. For example, addition of Wi-Fi serveice would be a nice touch.
Location.
On the beach in Playa del Carmen (Maroma), Maroma Resort and Spa by Orient-Express is close to Maroma Beach. Additional area attractions include El Camaleon Golf Club and Tres Rios Ecopark.
Hotel Features.
Simply step outside to unwind on the hotel's beach. Maroma Resort and Spa by Orient-Express has a full-service spa, a marina, and 3 outdoor swimming pools. Complimentary high-speed (wired) Internet access is available in public areas. This 5-star hotel features business amenities including small meeting rooms, a meeting/conference room, and audio-visual equipment. Dining options at this luxury hotel include a restaurant, a coffee shop/café, and a bar/lounge. Guests are served a complimentary breakfast. The staff can arrange concierge services, tour/ticket assistance, and wedding services. Additional amenities include a health club, a rooftop terrace, and spa services. Onsite parking is complimentary.

"Zum Verwöhnen"
Maroma ist ein wirkliches Hotel zum Relaxen. Schöne Lage, wunderschöner Strandbereich mit super bequemen Liegen. Gutes Essen, nette Bar. Perfekter Service, allerdings sehr amerikanisiert. Für uns manchmal ein wenig zu viel des Guten. Sehr teuer, aber Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis stimmt überwiegend.
