I was disappointed when I arrived and found out that the pool was closed even though the temp was in the mid to high 80s and that was the reason I chose the hotel. But I was really put off when I learned that the hotel was more apartments than hotel rooms. I had walked into a courtyard and was astounded to find that I had been locked in when the gate […] shut behind me. I ended up having to ask one of the residents to open the locked gate to let me back out. Apparently the original gate I had opened wasn't shut all the way. Once I was freed I decided to go to the onsite diner. It was a Friday night and they had a Prime Rib special. Me and my guests ordered that. In addition, two of us order prawns on the side. The food came finally and it was good except for the prawns. They were overcooked to the point of being DARK brown and very greasy. Later that night when I went to bed I was awoken several times by the uncomfortable mattress. I was very hard and I flipped back and forth all night. Easy access near freeway. Desk personnel friendly and helpful, but there were some issues. The room was OK, but the bathroom hadn't been cleaned well. There were what appeared to be small blood spatters (???) on the walls, and the floor was a bit sticky. It also didn't smell clean. I was in town overnight before running the Eugene Marathon. The room was comfortable, staff was pleasant and helpful, food at café across the parking lot was above average, the office opened early at 500am to provide breakfast for the marathoners. I asked management staff to take care of a dog in the room next door which was without it's owner and making noise; they called to ask me if I was really serious about it. Not very impressed by that. Due to an event in the neighboring town the hotel was booked up; they had stated I could stay but would have to switch rooms. When I went to take care […] of this in the am they said I did not have to move but did not ask me to pay for the next nights. They locked me out of my room; at 9 pm after a very long day I had to take go an deal with this; not impressed by that. They could have called me and taken the credit card information. Other than the noisy drunks yelling their room numbers out at 2 a.m, it was an overall nice stay. The hotel staff was very pleasant and the room was all we needed to rest up for the Biggest Loser 5k. The hotel exceeded our expectations. It was worth the few miles drive off I5. The exterior is pleasant and the rooms are more spacious and better appointed than one would expect for the modest price. The breakfast selection is quite limited, but acceptable. We will stay there in future, without hesitation.

Paper thin walls and sound insulation. First room, 107 shakes when people climb stairs to second floor. It should not be used. Hotel gave us a second room which was noisy but acceptable. Quality of toiletries way below average.

Staff was very nice, motel was convienent. Our room backed up to the road so it was pretty noisy. Stain on the floor when we walked in and smelled like animal. Good for a night if you're in town for a game but I don't think we would have stayed much longer. The room and the surrounding area were clean and well kept. The room had a stale smell when we opened the door but opening a window for a bit helped. The lounge across the parking lot is noisy which was only a problem when had the window open. This hotel is definiteley a great value compared to others near Autzen Stadium on game day.

Friendly staff. Cheap rates. Food and Bar onsite. However the room had a funny smell to it, the fridge made a loud humming noise all night (I eventually just unplugged it) and the sink was backed up. As we were laying in bed Sunday morning we heard the rushing of water. I jumped up and saw that the sink was completely full and overflowing onto the carpet! […] I'm not sure where the water came from, probably back up from the drain since we had noticed that it barely drained at all. THE hotel/motel was near the freeway, and had a pool. The pool area had lovely plantings and it was obvious someone loved plants/trees. The motel allows pets and segregates the rooms by pets and non-pet rooms. Would stay there again. The bfast was a little slim- but for the price and an independent motel it was fine!

The room was dark and very small. The fridge had been turned off and kept closed so it really smelled. The room smelt musty so much so that we bought air freshner...However the front desk clerk was wonderful and the pool and setting made the stay.
