We stayed at the Baymont Suites in Mid-April. We were in town for the Kentucky Rolex 3day Event. It was a good location. Easy access to the highway. Our room was spacious and pretty clean. The pool was OK. However, on our last night I called down for some basics, like cups and clean towels and was told they were out of clean towels!!

We stayed a couple of nights. Toured a couple of horse farms and went to Keeneland. Our stay was comforable. Our room was not on the I-75 side, it was quiet. The carpet showed wear and a little rust on the outside of the tub. The was clean, quiet, and secure. The breakfast was ok, nothing fancy. Price value for this location was perfect!

It was a great and comfortable hotel. Seems like a very safe area. However, our rooms were a nightmare for anyone with asthma and the halls were pretty strong too. Some rooms were better than others.

This was a LOW BUDGET type of property. Tons of partiers, kids, truckers and types you would expect to patron less than a 3 star property. I didn't check in till almost 11pm and once I did there was a couple fighting on my floor till 2 am. All good other than not enough towels which seems to be an issue at a lot of hotels these days! There were 4 in our room and only 2 towels. Asked for more and they said ask for them next morning. The next morning they did not have any due to washing/drying them. Other than that, good job.

Our room was clean. The bathroom was clean. The staff was very friendly and very responsive to requests. Even though the hotel is close to the Interstate, we did not hear any road noise. The neighborhood is completely not under the control of the hotel. My only concern was breakfast. We went to check out the breakfast offerings and were disappointed. […] Lots of carbs (bread, bagels, waffles, etc.) - very little protein. There was yogurt, but it was all sweetened. No milk for the cereal - apparently it had already been consumed by other patrons. We did enjoy the coffee, and there was a Cracker Barrel restaurant right next door to the hotel. kids running up and down the hall screaming after 10:00PM, doors slamming most of the night and being about 50 yards from a six lane highway, hallways filled with cigarette smoke did not leave a good impression. breakfast kind of on the cheap side...which is what I kind of felt overall about the hotel...needs to be renovated overall top to bottom.

Only switched to this hotel for the exercise room. The equipment doesn't even work and they don't have what's listed in the picture. The breakfast was terrible guess that's what you get for free. Hair on the towels that wasn't ours. Won't stay there again.

The lobby was lovely, but our room looked like it had been "the party room" for years. Ripped wallpaper, outlets dislodged from wall, bathroom grout missing. In fairness, the beds were quite comfortable, but the breakfast offerings were not good.

The hotel was a good "roadside" hotel convenient to the Interstate. It had an indoor pool, but the exercise room left a bit to be desired.

I would never, ever reccomend this hotel. The noise from the interstate is horrible and the rooms were disgusting. The was mildew in the tub and sink, holes in the walls and all of the linens were stained.

Great hotel for the rate. Beds are still coil beds, but were in good shape. Pool was good for kids to swim and play. Breakfast was included and had a good variety of cereals, yogurt, bread, and baked goods. We were there for three days, two nightspeople and would stay there again.

The front desk clerk was not very attentive. She was on a phone call at our arrival and did not bother to greet us or say she would be right with us. She just kept on talking. Also, the mattress and pillows were not comfortable.... very lumpy.

From the outside ,the hotel looks fine. When you get to your room, first you are knocked over by the smell. When you try to sleep, there is so much semi-truck traffic on the highway you are unable. The smell is from exhaust from the interstate. I had to use earplugs and sleep meds in order to get sleep. One day the housekeeping staff did not clean our room because we had a do not disturb sign on the door (a slip of paper said that if we needed any thing we could contact the first desk. The room needs a good deep cleaning. There were many stains on the carpeting and the chair. The bathroom walls need washed since there were many stains there as well.I actually put a towel on the chair before I dare to sit on it. The shower/bath needs a grab bar installed. Since there was not a towel bar or soap holder with a bar, I felt very uneasy […] stepping into this shower. I would not recommend this situation for an older person with balance issues. The bed and pillows were comfortable, so overall, I did sleep ok. The breakfast was fine and the coffee better than I expected. Getting a good deal via Hotels.com has proved to be good for me - until now. I will not stay or recommend this hotel to anyone. Poor front desk customer service. Inadequete housekeeping standards. Towels that rub paint off a car. Very poor breakfast selection.

The guest room was poorly maintained...needs renovating....bathroom tub and tile surrounding tub in poor condition, bedroom wall paper hanging off wall, carpet was old and dirty.

Overall it was great. The problem that I had was that first of all the TV did not work unless I got up and turned it on and off so that had to be fixed. Then out of the four nights that I stayed I had to have my keys reset three of the days because they did not work. I did not even have them near anything to cause them not to work.
