The staff was eager to plesse as soon as we walked in the door. Tea service was fantastic. They made us reservations for dinner at the Bistro and gave us shuttle service. Breakfast buffet was on the money. Great experience.

Had very bad meal ( short ribs) in Grill. We were not charged for the meals which I thought was very generous. The ribs were dry, salty, and tough. Our rm. was clean and adequate and very quiet. The breakfast was a nice assortment of foods and attendant was helpful.

The words of "The Gift of the Magi" can be read on the lobby ceiling. On the check-in counter is a glass container of O Henry candy bars. The titles of O Henry short stories can be seen in the elevator, and a copy of "The Gift of the Magi" was on our nightstand. Even the lotions and shampoos had rosemary for remembrance. The outdoor garden where we […] ate dinner is divine as was the food and service. And the breakfast buffet (included in the price) with grits, hash browns, sausage gravy, biscuits and more is carefully prepared and constantly monitored by staff so that it is at it's best. The hotel is near Holy Trinity Episcopal Church, which was important for us. Whenever we return to Greensboro, we will return to the O Henry. Read more

The O Henry Hotel in Greensboro is surprisingly one of the best hotels in the country. Luxurious, elegant and comfortable with well designed rooms this hotel also has a friendly and well trained staff. Usually reasonably priced, the O Henry compares well with well known luxury chains. The separate dressing area and sink makes your room easy to share. […] There is even a hidden microwave/fridge. Hard to find in luxury properties that want to sell you everything at high prices. The hotel blanket was uncomfortable and appeared ragged. They need to update items like this. It looked gross. Other than the blanket the ammenities were acceptable. Breakfast was delightful
