I stayed twice at this hotel in 2 weeks (six nights each stay). The first 6 days were great, our room was terrific. The cleaning staff person was the sweetest I have ever met. The second 6 days were a disaster. First our room was not in as good condition as our first room was. The fridge did not work so we were brought one that did not fit but could […] be put in the livingroom section of our suite. I opened it and all you could smell was tobacco smoke. I complained and asked for a different room because of this and because the air conditioner was not working properly and the range hood was hanging off. I was told there was no other rooms available for that night but that we could get a new room in the morning. That night we used the shuttle to go to the airport to connect with public transit. We forgot a cell phone in the shuttle. I called the hotel and they said they would send the shuttle back right away. We waited over an hour so I called back to the hotel and they were shocked that the shuttle hadnt been there yet. Finally about a half hour later the shuttle came. We decided to go back to the hotel and get our car to go out instead. The girl at the desk felt really bad and said we would be given a business suite the next day. We were expecting a nicer room as it is more expensive. It was the same size as our other room. The only difference was that the business suite had a desk instead of a table and chairs which really didnt suit us as good since there was no real place to sit and eat as a family. The room did not have all the kitchen utencils in it so we had to take the ones from the old room. We were not able to switch rooms in the morning and had to wait until after 3pm to get into the new room. This really messed up our plans for the day as we had to wait around for the room. The "Deluxe" continental breakfest claimed to have eggs but only had stale hard boiled ones and sausage was in warmer so long it got hard. The staff was super helpful, the overall stay was great for the price. The shuttle service, and parking was great and the comp breakfast in the morning is a big bonus. Hotel was clean and the breakfast was great. Our room needed to be updated with flat screen tv and couch cushion was worn also needed baseboards painted. Would stay here again as the staff were very friendly.

The hotel is really clean , we stayed there for 3 nights , it has a really friendly staff.. the breakfast is nice and simple and u can make ur own waffle . if u stay more than 4 days they have a green policy that they wont change the bed sheets till the 4th day of ur stayyy,

Stayed here for a family vacation to Canada's Wonderland. Really like the fact the beds were separate from the sofa and tv, good with 2 small kids! The room could use some updating. The service could also be better, the maid did not change our sheets for 2 days!! Breakfast in the morning was good but very crowded

Our family enjoyed our stay. We enjoyed being close to good resturants and shopping.

Beds were way too small for a normal size person´, they were really short!! The breakfast buffét is horrible, I have never tried anything as bad. I would NOT recommend eating there.

The hotel service was excellent. Everyone was very friendly. I called the hotel when I arrived at the airport and there was a shuttle there within 10 minutes. Overall, I was very pleased. The room showed aging but was well maintained. I thought it would be noisy since were close to the airport but slept like a baby. The staff was extremely nice. I was very happy with this hotel. We had a dog and booked at the last minute. The only bad part was the shuttle that left late and did some extra trips on the way so we ended up 30 minutes later than expected. The included breakfast looked better than most but I did not have any.

great staff. great room, very clean - not so great breakfast - i went out to eat otherwise i would definitely come back

Our room was extremely noisey, When anyone on the floor above either flushed a toilet or ran water it sounded as if it was running down the pipe outside of our room. Also the air conditioner was so noisey we had to shut it off, therefor the room was quite uncomfertable We did not get a good night's sleep..

Keep in mind that this is a 3-start hotel and you get what you pay for. I was originally put in a room near the smoking area and I found the smell unbearable, so I asked to be moved. Once in my new room I was very happy. It was clean and I found the price very reasonable for an ensuite. The only downside is that I had booked a room for three people, […] but there was only a couch for the 3rd person to sleep on, and I had to keep phoning the front desk to ask for extra linen. The blanket they eventually brought up to me was full of holes, which I thought was unacceptable for a hotel, 3-star or not. So I recommend only booking this hotel if there'll only be one or two of you. Unless you're a cheapo like me who doesn't care where you sleep as long as it's cheap!!! The shuttle service makes going to the airport a lot less stressful. I just parked my car at the hotel (parking is free) and off I went. The pictures are very deceiving: - Dingy lighting - Old furniture - 20 inch TV Except for it being close to the office, I would never go there again.

We got the Deluxe Queen Suite, which gave us a separate bedroom. This worked great as we had a friend staying with us who used the sofa bed in the living room. The mini kitchenette also came in quite handy. The hotel itself is a bit run-down, (example: small surface cracks in the bathroom sink) but the room was quite clean and the bed was as comfortable […] (or more) as in a 4-star hotel. Nicely located between Toronto and Mississauga under the Pearson Airport, we found Port Credit as well as the Toronto Zoo within easy access. The central courtyard with a deck and a pond was great when we wanted to unwind from the day's activities in the city. Almost a resort like feeling. The hotel was clean and quiet. The staff were pleasant and helpful. Check out the Hare and Firkin Pub 2 blocks away for great food and drink nearby!

I stayed there for 4 nights with my family and my 5-year old daughter didn't want to step in the bathroom. It was different than the bathroom's picture showed on the web site. I found it just OK. The suite was comfortable and the staff friendly. This was my second stay within two months and this time my family accompanied me. The breakfast is lacks variety with the options repeated every other day almost. The breakfast did offer some variety to select from each morning.

We go to Toronto fairly frequently to visit our family who live in High Park area. The hotels are always really expensive, and daily parking is extortionate, and even then we usually use a cab each day. This time we decided to stay near the airport, use our car and enjoy free parking and accommodation at half the cost. Unbelievably quiet considering location, and (aside from rush hour) so easy and quick to get to downtown. Also, having a suite with sink, fridge and dishes is a real bonus and a huge money saver. We will definitely go again. Only ONE complaint - Queen size bed only has one bed side light and table, so for the person on other side, a little inconvenient, but certainly not devastating! Enjoy! Was less than impressed to find a bed bug . I squshed it and placed it on top of dresser Monday evening. It was still in same location upon my departure Thursday AM

Stayed two weekday nights with my family of three. The hotel is somewhat run down with a slight funny smell in the hallways. Our room had a small flat screen TV in the living room and a very old pull out sofa bed that was very sloped. We had to spin the bedding 180 degrees with the pillows at the foot of the bed due to the slope. The service was very […] good. The breakfast was average with the usual nice make your own waffle breakfast, muffins, toast, bananas, cereal and selection of juice and coffee. The breakfast did end at 9:30 am which seemed a bit early. There is a quiet courtyard in the centre of the hotel with a BBQ and small deck. We also used the do-it-yourself laundry (two sets of machines on the 2nd floor, most likely the same on the third floor). You will have to drive find restaurants and stores. Read more

We had a very pleasant stay at the suite, the price was right and I will go back when the need be.

All adds say Free Airport Shuttle and Free Airport Parking. In the very small print is says that Shuttle only runs until 10 pm. , then there is a $16. charge. If i had noticed this i would have picked another hotel and paid the extra for comfort . I could not find this info on printed papers for reservation.

We arrived quite late in the city, the shuttle was very prompt and we were checked in very quickly. A nice breakfast in the early morning as we hat to make a connecting flight. Would recommend this hotel and would stay there again. thank you for the efficient service..

This hotel was close to the function that we were attending. The room was fine, however, the air conditioner did not work well and was extremely noisy. Everything else was fine and a good value.

Stayed the previous night with a very late night check in. Liked it so much, we stayed for a 2nd night. Clean, comfortable, reasonably priced.

I would recommend this hotel. The staff was nice, in fact, we got upgraded upon check in; good free continental breakfast; within 15 minutes of airport; nice and clean. Would definitely stay here again.

This is a courtyard hotel in the middle of the industrial park south of Toronto airport and the 401 Freeway. It is in-between the flightways of rwy's 31 and could be noisy if those runways are active. It's location is perfect if you need access to the east end of Mississauga or Etobicoke or the airport. The suite was comfortable, eqiupped with dishes, cutlery, mini fridge, microwave and big screen flat TV plus a jacuzzi tub and hide-a-bed sofa. The only outstanding flaw was the paint job on all of the doorframes. The wrong paint was used, did not adhere to the frames and left the room looking shabby and worn out. It would not have been a good environment to host clients but was OK for sleeping over. The morning breakfast included do it you self waffle irons, bagels, toaster, warming tray of bacon and hardboiled eggs. If you know how to work the irons, you`re OK but the instructions were sparse for an older lady who burned herself. The courtyard has a propane Bar-B-Q and a deck where a group of guys can unwind with some steaks and barley sandwiches after a hard day on the job. It`s a great place for an extended stay like the railway crew that was there for the week. If you don`t have wheels, the Mississauga city buses stop right at the corner and you can get to the supplies that you may need conveniently at Square One Mall. We would stay there again if the need arose. Ample parking and access cards allow you to park close to your room and unload or reload conveniently. Read more

I enjoyed my stay, however I was annoyed there was not a cooktop in the room! When I booked the room it said it came with a full kitchen and it did not.

The front desk staff were very nice and accommodating. The room was EXTREMELY outdated. Because of some green policy, the hotel does not clean your sheets until the 4th day of your stay! The bed was not made properly and the room looked like it had been serviced for less then 3 minutes. Our family had the one bedroom suite which suited us fine as our children are still young enough to share the pull out sofa. Loved the double entrance to the bathroom, which meant we didn't have to disturb the children when we went to the bathroom. Not a great place, but okay to spend the night if you're not excited either about the room or the overall hotel. If the hotel is your destination & part of what you want to enjoy, don't stay here. Quite dated. No pool. Continental breakfast served, but very busy. Not great fixtures in the rooms (old bathroom fixtures).

I stayed in this hotel with my father, whom i picked up at the airport after his long transatlantic flight. The hotel service was quick and cordial and the room had all necessities one usually finds in the 3-star hotel. These hotels rooms are in very desperate need of renovation. However, the staff were very nice and helpful and the room was clean and tidy.

We were only in for one night , and flew out in the morning, room was comfortable, lots of space, shuttle to airport was on time, We would stay again without hesitation
