Upon arrival we to checked in quickly. Went to our room to find that it had not been cleaned. Lady behind the counter got us into another room that was much smaller than the first but very clean. Only other issue was at check out when the man on duty got an attitude about having to come to the office from doing breakfast. Hotel service was great. Breakfast was good. Beds were firm. We arrived after hours and they came out at 2 am to let us in. Free Wifi was helpful for us to finish projects while there. I wish Breakfast would have been later so that my family could sleep longer.

The trip to Branson was great, but the place we stayed, given that it is still rebuilding from a tornado earlier in the year, still left some to be desired. The room appeared fairly clean, but there was a coffee filter and coffee left in the pot from a previous guest. The toilet handle broke so that water was continually running. Rather than get maint […] to fix it, I made a temp fix, but I continued to hear running water from upstairs. The air conditioner/heater fan was out of balance and made allot of noise. Between the noise and hard mattress, it was difficult to get good sleep. We had our pet with us, I don't know if there is a limit on how many rooms they have to allow pets, but when I booked, it said there was only one or two left. I told the manager, who is also the housekeeper and maint of the mechanical problems with the room. Hopefully he will have those resolved before letting out the room to another guest. It's unlikely that I'll be staying there again, it was a last minute trip. Read more

I was traveling with my pet and needed a pet friendly hotel and after reading the reviews I thought that this would be an ok hotel for a one night stay, I was mistaken. I requested an early check in and was told that it would not be a problem, when I got there the front desk checked me in no problem and gave me my information. When I got to the building […] my room was in I noticed that my door and the room next to mines door was wide open with no one around and the beds stripped, I left and found something to do for about an hour and half and when I got back the door was still open. When they finally finished the room about two hours after I arrived it was fifteen minutes past the regular check in time and the room was disgusting. There was paint all over the curtains and we had no trash can and our stool ran all night long. Read more

This past weekend, we stayed two nights in a roomy king condo, with kitchenette, jacuzzi, and double shower. Average cleanliness and comfort. Jacuzzi wouldn't drain on its own, toilet hung up occasionally, ran out of hot water in shower. Didn't receive any housekeeping, no fresh linens or coffee supplies. Due to Feb. tornado, hotel partially under construction […] but not advertised as such. Website and brochure we were handed advertise full service restaurant and bar. Restaurant was destroyed, a concrete slab left behind, no barricades, and a poorly lit parking lot at night. Pool sign stated it closed at 11pm. Management told us pool closes at 10pm, that sign's there from previous management. (Change sign, please.) Packet received at check-in stated lobby closed at 11pm; closed at 10pm. No one there to assist. Not told where breakfast held. Don't know if fitness center on-site; no one mentioned that. Even with online reservations, check-in rather timely. No one in lobby at check out. While waiting, staff member happened to walk in, who called management to ask what to do. Breakfast area decorated in 50's Americana theme, plenty of seating. Delicious biscuits/gravy. Mngmnt began putting away chairs/food 15 minutes early. Hotel under-staffed. Doesn't excuse misinformation or poor maintenance of existing rooms. Stay was still an enjoyable one, because we chose not to let these inconveniences get to us. Read more

This motel still had some damage from the Feburary 29th tornado but it was very clean and the location was perfect. You are smack dab in the middle of all the attractions. Presley's Country Jubilee is just across the street as well as the Hollywood wax museum and the Baldknobbers and the Titanic are just down the street a block or 2 all with in walking […] distance. I would not recommend this hotel! The pool had no water in it, which was one of the main things my children wanted. The room we had was filthy and had an awful musty smell. We ended up cancelling our reservation and going to a much cleaner well known hotel. I definately learned my lesson!!

The room was definately not clean. There was water damage that caused paint to peel on the wall above the window, the pillowcase has foreign snot on it and there were unmentionable hairs in the tub. I would definately NEVER stay there again. Very unclean!!

One of our rooms - the beds were extremely hard.One room had a car airfreshener hanging in the fan of the AC and this room had a musty smell or it had been a smoking room at some time. Cute cute Breakfast room and very nice man running the show there. He was very pleasant with small children also! They ran out of biscuits and gravy and orange juice […] in a short period and was not available for us one day. It was nice to have a refrigerator. We would go back again. Price and location was a plus. Roll away was not available due to storing so much after the tornado but the office person brought us his personal iron when we requested an iron. It was a nice, comfortable stay. They still aren't up and running due to the recent hotel, but breakfast was nice and the rooms were sufficient. The beds were comfortable. Only had two flat pillows per bed and two towels, washclothes, etc, though I had put that I had 4 people staying, so I had to request more but they were accomodating. This was a very clean motel; the beds were comfortable; parking was easy access; however, we arrived after Branson suffered Tornado damage. This motel had damage from the tornado. As for service, upon arrival & check-in, I was given a room non-smoking room on the second floor. I explained to the man at check in that I had called and asked for ground […] floor and smoking which I was assured we would receive. He said he could get us on the ground floor in a handicap room but no smoking was available. Then there was no hair dryer in the room which I also called in advance to verify and was told all rooms had hair dryers. We had to call & request a hair dryer and then given one that did not work. We asked for extra coffee and it was never delivered. The cleanliness and environment we okay but the customer service needed some serious work. There was one gentleman that did find a hair dryer that worked who was very nice and tried his best to service us. Read more
