Nice hotel, needs to improve service.
Nice hotel, my room was very noisy as it was next to the laundry, but nice bathroom and bed was comfortable. Internet was slow and over priced. Each time I phoned for room service or the front desk, nobody answered.

Free upgrade + delicious omelette
The hotel has kindly upgraded us to a studio loft at no extra charge when the air con in queen room was not working. The free continental breakfast has reasonable variety of choices. The omelette is delicious.

Overnight Stay
Used this hotel as a one night stay as traveling through from Sydney to Melbourne. Hotel is in a very good location for a tour of the city and has a good pub/bar. Breakfast in the morning was very good and worth the extra. lots of choice and fresh. Staff ok at check in and great at breakfast time. Altogether a good hotel stay for the price.

Not too shabby
Okay hotel, close to the war memorial but not too close to anything else. Of course Canberra is relatively small, I literally walked most of it in a day. Building in an old classical one with all that comes with it. Relatively clean with plenty of parking, internet daily limit of 30 minutes though reminds me of a previous decade.
