Accueil inhospitalier, passer par l'hôtel "PARISIAN" pour l' enregistrement puis sortir et aller à côté dans l'agence de location de voiture où il y a une porte donnant sur le couloir des chambres. Chambre petite, une table, une chaise ( pas 2), une commode, salle de bain […] rudimentaire même pas une tablette pour poser la trousse de toilette ni accroche vêtement. Propreté douteuse : cheveux dans la douche, lavabo avec trace de savon collé, moquette vétuste. Très très très bruyant, les murs doivent être en carton , coffre en panne. "DISGUSTING HOTEL, WORST SERVICE"

This was the most disgusting hotel I have ever seen. There were dead bugs, white nasty stains on the chairs, hair in the bathroom, the carpet was not vacuumed, the phone didn't work, and the door lock was broken the door looked like it was axed in. You sign a registration card that states "sale is final" and has a sign that says 'no refunds" I should have known by that but we were tired and the area was sold out. The lobby was nice then you have to walk around the building to the hotel that looks like a crack house. The guy that works in the morning was the rudest jerk I have ever encountered. When we told him a couple issues when we were leaving he started yelling at my family and I and called the cops stating we had "weapons" WHAT?! are you kidding me?? THIS PLACE SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN!!!!!!!!!!!!

what a nightmare, it was so bad after leaving a review on booking.com I had to create an account just to leave a review here. I don't think it could get any worse than this folks, if it does this dump is the worst place I have been to, hair in bed and washroom, dirty sheets and towels. poor cleanliness, hallway had a strong smell of urine. we could hear people in next room all night, washroom looked like it was used in the movie saw. The room made me feel so dirty I had to sleep with my jacket and shoes on , stay far away from this place . free breakfast? who cares. DON'T BE CHEAP. Do not give this place your money . no refund once booked obviously once you look at the pictures online book then walk into the place you'll want to run for your life. given a free room upgrade too!, don't even want to know what the condition of the other room was which was in the building next door that looked even worse. RUN! spend the extra money and stay somewhere else or sleep on the beach.

-The room was very noisy; you could hear e v e r y t h i n g what was happening in the corridor & other rooms. -The bath towels were size of a hand towel; i'm size 4 and couldn't wrap it around me. -Sheets were dirty. -Tv didn't work. -T O T A L L Y over prized!!!! -The only positive thing is the location but it's still NOT worth it!

Horrible service. Horrible rooms. Horrible view. The floor is dirty. The toilet had a pubic hair on it. The room was filthy. The halls are dirty. There is no parking here. The hotel is no refundable once you check in. We had to switch rooms twice... Only to get to checked into another room!! The hotel is outdated. The mirror was broken. The fridge had ashes in it. The furniture looks like something out of Goodwill!! Never book this place!! You will regret it!!!

When I pulled up to the hotel it said "Thrifty Car Rentals", I had to walk through rental place just to get to the hotel which was also connected the "Parisian Hotel", which is also Horrible. The room was filthy, the floor was dirty and had stain everywhere, the refrigerator was dirty and smelly. I book this hotel through bookit.com for 2 days and immediately called them to cancel, but the Manager, Norma, said I could not get my money back, No Refunds. I called bookit.com and told them that the hotel refused to give me my money back for the 2nd night, and for $169.00 per night I wanted my money. Bookit.com agreed to refund me my money. The only reason I stayed the first night is because there were no other rooms available in the area, but I wish I had slept in my car. And this was suppose to be the best room they had. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DONOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL, you will regret it.

When I read all the negative reviews I was expecting the worst and was very relieved when I got there. The staff was very friendly and helpful from the minute we got there. You need your hotel key to be able to get inside building so not just anyone can walk inside. The room was neat and clean and the bed was comfortable enough. The best part of this hotel is the location!! It is right on the block where Ocean Drive starts and the beach is literally a minute away. If you are looking for a place to sleep and change this is your hotel. If you want room service and you're planning on staying in your hotel room a lot and get pampered then don't stay here...simple as that. DO NOT GET DISCOURAGED BY THE BAD REVIEWS!!! IT IS NOT AS BAD AS PEOPLE MAKE IT SEEM!!

Rude and unhelpful staff. We stood at the check in for 20 minutes while four members of the staff stood chit chatting to each other completely ignoring the people in the line. When we asked them what was the hold up, they rudely told us to wait in line for 30 more minutes. The rooms are terrible. For a 200 dollar a night you'd expect fresh towels and temperature control in the room. It feels like a cheap motel of the highway in middle of nowhere. Location is the only plus point to this hotel, but i'd advise people into paying a bit more and living at another place in the neighborhood
"My Nights in HELL"

We arrived in Miami only to be treated rudely. The staff was more interested in eating his burrito then helping a guest. We arrived a day early, but I did call and was told no problem. The desk clerk did not know what to do and was getting irritated. This got straightened out and got our room keys. We were informed that there is an additional deposit of $50. I asked what is that for, "for late check out we keep the deposit". The clerk then informed us that there is no parking for guests and that we have park across the street at the Oceans Hotel (where we should have stayed); that was an addition $100 for our 5 day stay. When all said and done; we went to our room. A basic room nothing fancy. I posted pictures of the substandard items in this hotel room. Come to find out that it is half hotel and half hostile. You can not imagine the noise from people partying and talking in the halls. We would have moved to another hotel but it was the week between Christmas and New Years and we had our dogs with us. Not too many options. Every morning no hot water and on our last day no electricity. The phone did not work the entire we were there so you can't call the front desk. No breakfast as advertised on their web site. Pet friendly - only that they let them stay there. There is no green space for my dogs to do their business. If I could give a half dot I would. Please DO NOT GO THERE. We were treated rudely and disrespected everyday. Go some place that appreciates you as a valued guest.

The room was very large and clean. Beautiful original hardwood floors. The bed spread and curtains were old and outdated. Big bathroom. We had a room at the end of the hall, so it was pretty quiet. The location is GREAT (two blocks from the beach) , thus making this room a good value. The continental breakfast was a little sparse: Nondescript breads in a plastic bag, but good coffee and juice. The front desk help ware nice, not super friendly, but not rude. For the money and location in South Beach, this hotel is a good deal.

Great price for South Beach,had a good time.Parking was expensive 15$ .The room was large and not noisy at all.Me and my wife stayed there 3 nights,she loved being across the street from beach .We will definetly return no other hotel can beat their price
