Quality Inn & Suites - Indianapolis

Not the nicest neighborhood. The hallway and lobby smelled like very stale cigarettes. Our room did not smell, but with water stains on the ceiling, brown food stains on the lamp and the spots all over the closest mirror, it did not seem very clean. The woman at the front desk was very nice when we checked in.

This place smelled bad in the hallways particularly. The toilet in my room wouldn't flush consistently. Bed was old. You can just tell that the owners don't want to put any money into making the place "nice". I won't stay there again.

Good stay. Only problem booked a smoking room, but hotel was 100% smoke free. Law passed in IN., no smoking in public places, so most all hotels are 100% smoke free. Some owned by Indians do have smoking.

The place was great. We stayed overnight. The room was over priced for what it was. It was clean which is always a plus. The bed was very clean and comfortable- bathroom was too. I think it was over priced for what it was- it was a room with two queen beds, old tv, and a not so pleasant view of run down houses. Good location- easy access to the highway […] and there is a speedway right next door along with a subway and liquor store. Employees were wonderful- they stood up when I walked in and greater me right away. Very professional. Overall I would have given a 5 star if the room was more updated, if the room had a mini fridge, and a better view. But over all it was good for and overnight trip with friends! Read more

It was cheap and I know why! One day our room was never cleaned at all. There was nothing in the room to help with where to go or eat. The front desk had no maps (and this is during the Big-10 basketball tournament. And when we asked there was no move to find us one for the next day.

I stayed here just for one night on a business trip. The hotel was conveniently located off the highway, and easy to find. The front desk attendant was nice and helpful. Room was as expected for what I paid. It was clean and pretty spacious, also had a nice flat-screen tv. It was a reasonable value for the money. We had to ask for a towel and soap when we arrived. Room was clean and very spacious. Bathroom small but functional. Breakfast left much to be desired. Check in was a bit slow. If you are looking for a reasonable price, close to the interstate then this works.

This was convenient to the city (about a 15 minute drive to most places around the downtown or upper metro area. Near tons of carry out & buffet indian and asian restaurant. Not much else to offer in the immediate area that I could tell. Hotel was a bit older but not awful. Fairly empty when we were there. There are no elevators.

Chose the hotel specifically because it had smoking rooms but they seem to punish the smokers by negating to put a microwave or fridge in these rooms. Room also seemed to be missing a couple of pieces of furniture. The closet had double glass doors and was so small it was impossible to place your luggage on the stand inside. We slept late the next morning […] and kept the "Do Not Disturb" sign on the door. Removed the sign when we left the hotel at 2:00 that afternoon to attend an event. When we returned at 7:00 the room had not been cleaned. Had to go to the desk to get extra towels. All they had were three towels, no wash cloths, etc. The night staff did not have access to the housekeeper materials; they couldn't even give me a plastic bag for the trash cans after I emptied the trash in the dumpster myself. Also couldn't get more coffee for the room. On the other hand, they were friendly, the hotel was clean and fairly quiet, and they were very prompt at restocking the breakfast bar during the mornings. They might try microwaving the biscuits before putting them out, though. They were cold, not warm, but refrigerator cold. Maybe we caught them at a bad time during remodeling but I would not stay again unless assured of improvements being made. Read more

The people at the front desk were rude. They had already charged my card before I had even checked in and I was an hour early, check in was at three and I got there at two. The entire hotel reeked of mildew and had black mold all through it. My air conditioner broke and flooded the room and the bath tub took twenty minutes to fill and all of two minutes […] to drain.
