With the exception of dust left atop of my tv, tv not allowing my PS3 to work, and not hot water in the motel for one day, everything waa perfect. Shower didn't drain, hair in shower. None of the ice machines work. A/C didn't cool well in the afternoon, it was in the 100's. Pool was clean and cool. Good restaurant next door- Apple Annie's. Supermarket one block away. Wouldn't stay here in the summer again.

Well, for starters.....The rooms were a little dirty compared to other hotels we stayed at. There were stray black hairs in the bathtub and no light fixtures on the light bulbs in the bath area. The chair at the desk area was so filthy that you didn't want to sit on it. The sink in my brothers room next to us, didn't drain and leaked. No coffee cups […] in the office where they served the continental breakfast. they said they ran out within 8 minutes of opening. What a joke ! And to top it all off, no ice anywhere on the premises. The staff were very cheerful & made checking in a breeze. The town itself is very small, but located close enough to amenities & fast food. the rooms were well kept and tidy. However, they provide little freebies-soap & shampoo . No lotions, etc. the room also lacked an air conditioning unit, which made the stay less than comfortable. The hotel rooms are really clean, nice.. It Looks like a more expensive hotel inside. The furnishings are very modern. Totally worth the price!! The room was nice...It was close to our family party we were going to to...close to restaurants... the beds were comfortable... the only thing we had trouble with was our shower temperature...The temp kept changing from hot to cold on its own which made it hard for us to shower...Other than that it was fine for the one night we stayed.

The hotel is in a perfect spotin Tulare walking distance to restaurants and gas stations and shopping. But, when it comes to room and maid service not so good. Hotel was great for the price and well located. I originally hesitant about leaving the car in the lot, but for the three nights it was fine. The hotel could have been cleaner (it was a little dingy). Service was fine.

The price is very competitive and the receptionist was helpful and very fiendly. However, there is a very bad small all around the motel and the room doesn't look too clean. If you are not too picky you can survive, otherwise definitely go somewhere else.

Google told me Sequoia NP was 50 minutes from Tulare. What I did not know was that it would take another hour to get from the park entrance to the main park area. Next time, I will spend more and stay closer (if I am not camping).

Worst stay of our trip. Got in late turned AC on & went out to eat . When we came back the AC didn't work and no other rooms available. Smelly rooms garbage piled high in the trash cans outside and cockroach in room.

The hotel is exactly what you'd expect for the price; a place to sleep. The hotel claims to be smoke free (and charge you a $250 cleaning fee if you do smoke), however the oddest thing is that the room smelled of smoke, especially in the fridge. Did someone blow all their cigarette smoke into the fridge? It's truly a mystery.
