I was expecting a small little room with a small bed but what I got was so much better, especially for the price I paid. The only unpleasant part was when we arrived, they were cleaning our carpet so the room had a funky wet smell to it and our socks were pretty soaked simply walking from the bed to the bathroom. Really bad experience , looks good in the pics but the trash was overflowing everywhere with beer boxes, the beds are so hard , they don't have a 24 hour lobby , so if you lock yourself out your screwed ! I made reservations for a room with 2 queen beds and got a room with 2 full beds. I went to office to tell them and the guy working the desk said we had 2 queen size beds and there was nothing he could do. The next morning we went to talk to the day shift clerk and she gave us another room that actually had 2 queen beds. That evening the air conditioner […] quit working. The hotel room was simple and clean. The staff was very friendly. It was very affordable. The only complaint I have is a minor one about difficulty in opening the door. It generally needed quite the bump or kick to open even if it was not locked.

Stayed one night to play tourist in Tucson. Was easy to get in and out.I felt safe. The room was clean and full size bed was enough for one person. They didn't have any products for the bathroom except bars of soap and there is no hair dryer. Also, no decaf coffee offered for in-room use.

Room was what you pay for. Do not approve of Manager, I have contacted them twice about our stay and have had no return call. Very rude as I checked out. Jonathon, at check in was wonderful. That was the only good thing.

The noise level was awful! There's a train that goes by the hotel and rings its horns loudly several times each night. Also, the area is generally very loud. In addition to this outside noise, there was a loud drip coming from inside one of the walls which the hotel said they would repair; however, nothing was ever done.

The toilet was clogged, took a day before they plunged. No ome came amd cleaned the room or supply new toiletries. Very hard ned too, like sleeping on stone.

I read some of the reviews and hoped the hotel would turn out to be better. The bed was very hard. I had a double bed. It made lots of noise. It was a very cheap mattress. If you don't move much, it's ok. I was very impressed with the bathroom, however. The flooring appeared new. What I did notice, and I'm hoping i was wrong, was mold on the bathroom […] door handle. Overall the room was clean. The managment was very pleasent. I arrived at the hotel a little early but the manager on duty didn't mind. He made sure the room was clean before giving me my room key. He explained what the hotel had to offer, which I appreciated it. I would recommend this hotel. The only issue I had was the bed and maybe the other rooms/beds are better. Read more

The hotel itself was fine and the employees were very helpful and appreciated. My one concern is the mattress squeaked really bad. I could hear the next room as well as upstairs if they turned over or got out of the bed. It seems like you could oil or do something to stop it as the walls are very thin. But the overall experience was fine.

I stopped here as the midway point on a drive from Texas to California. It was really easy to get here from I-10. The room was clean and quiet. The staff was friendly. One thing to be aware of is that the front desk is not fully staffed 24-hours a day. When I called to ask if I could just leave the keys in the room to check-out at 4:30AM, the woman […] who answered the phone barely spoke English. Room was just fine. However, maintenance of curtains, which were falling down (room 126) was not fixed. Also lamps are falling off mounts. Some maintenance needed. Also shower was fine for handicap, but a handle should be installed near shower. Lots of trash on nearby properties.

I was the first to use this room since refurbishing. The colors were very comforting and the shower spacious. The bed was comfortable as well. Room included refrigerator/stove as well as coffeemaker and nice table to work/eat upon. WiFi worked fine also. Highly recommend this hotel.

I was happy with my stay here for 6 nights. Each night I came back from the conference I was attending, it felt like a little home away from home. Obviously not as fancy as other places, it still felt safe and comfortable, and I slept well. The bed was pretty firm, but I like that. Shower was fine, too.

I really can't say much about this hotel. I was tired and wanted a reasonably inexpensive place to sleep. It provided that. The bed was OK. I didn't watch TV. All my service issues, as few as they were, were taken care of by the staff. It isn't the Ritz, but I didn't have to pay Ritz prices, either.
