Stayed here on our honeymoon, couldn't have asked for a better place for the money. The staff was extremely helpful with speedy check in/out. Concierge staff was on their A game the entire time. Room was cleaned daily and very comfortable. The bar was nice but a bit expensive ( but that's London). Vauxhall tube station is only a five minute walk which isn't bad at all. There is a grocery store next door that has about everything you need. Was a great stay.

Just what we expected. everything was good except the wash basin drain was full of hair and drained poorly. surprised that the maid service didn't report it

This hotel is hopeless to find with the help of there map! Name of street from Buckingham Palace Road is "Elisabeth Bridge" and nothing else!! Night porter do not think this is a problem but I was not the only guest that almost gave up searching that night. Walls are paper thin. In room phone not working (as night porter did not bother to give me the […] wifi code and I did not have energy to get dress I tried to use it). Only a few TV-channels. Broken tiles and damp in bathroom. Dirrty bedcovers (witch dubbled as blankets) - discusting!. Walls looked like then never been wiped. Bathroom wall beyond grim! All in all I got what I payed for. This place would be more suitable as a youth hostel (and they would probably make moore money). Checkout is 10:30 eaven if you arrive at 2AM after spending almost 1 hr looking for the place. Late checkout is currentley (18/3-2012)charged PER HOUR and could turn out more then your nightley rate after just a few hours ! Would probaby stay here again if I where really broke. :-) Read more
We needed a budget hotel close to Victoria Station for two nights. Overall, the hotel was fine, but it was not welcoming to return to after a flight and a train ride and after a long day of sightseeing. The comforters desperately need to be thrown out - they look old and dirty enough to have bedbugs (they don't, but you feel gross just looking at them). […] The floor in our room was carpet over broken tile, you could feel the loose and cracked tile under your feet. The bathroom was fine other than no where to put things. "The tiniest hotel room ever"
I booked this with Airways Hotel, so I walked up to their lobby. They checked me in, then walked me down the street to a different hotel to retrieve the key, then walked to a different street to a completely separate Hotel named The Tudor's Inn where apparently my room was located. I had read some reviews that room was tiny but I wasn't expecting it […] to be super tiny. I had to put my luggage on the bed so that I could close the door then put the luggage on the floor, which the only space available was right in front of the door. The shower was moldy and barely had a trickle of water. Even for the price, I would not recommend this hotel to any of my friends. Read more

The hotel was easy to find and convenient to all the sites we wanted to see. The beds were a little hard, but after a long day of walking around London, we didn't notice too much. there were no wash clothes and only liquid soap, so showering was little difficult and the water ran hot and cold. For one night, it was a good value.

"Cheap, clean and simple"
I got a room in the basement, was clean and the bed was comfortable. The room was quite small, so I did not want to hang around there apart from sleeping. The markings on the hot/cold water tap in the shower were mounted tho wrong way around, but once I figured that out, there was plenty of hot water! "Won't stay there again"
Except for a good shower and an OK bed, the rest of the hotel experience is a nightmare. Screaky noises, tantamount to that of a mouse, accompanied my stay the entire night. Never before had I had breakfast in a bunker-like room in the basement where the coffee maker spilled hot coffee all over the serving table due to the staff's incompetence. "Convenient for Victoria but...."
I booked into this hotel for one night as it was close to Victoria and cheap - so I had a pretty low expectation to start with. I had booked a single room so was pleased when I saw that I had a double, and a single bed in the room since I know how small London hotel rooms can be. I was a bit disconcerted that the curtains were about 6 inches too short […] for the window and the window wouldn't lock closed easily. It wasn't the cleanest room, but I've also stayed in some 4 star hotels that were worse. Shower room was small but had recently been renovated. There was only a plastic furniture chair to sit on in the room, and the tv wasn't tuned in - something to do with the digital switchover they said. "Surprisingly good, for an overnight stay"
The hotel is witihin convenient walking distance to Victoria Coach Station. Though from the outside it looked like a cheap motel, it is surprisingly comfortable. The room was sufficiently large, and somewhat clean. The shower, though, has some problems. They mixed up the hot and cold taps, but once that is resolved shower is good. Even has complimentary […] soap and shampoo. But the receptionist did come buy minutes later after my shower to say that I can't shower later because water was leaking somewhere. The mini-fridge was not working. Breakfast was a simple toast and cereal affair. Overall it is a good place to lay your head after a long flight and you need to rest for a night. Great hotel, staff lovely and accommodating to myself, two more adults and 9 kids on a trip from Ireland to dance at Pineapple and see a show - the hotel location made our trip even better that expected. Great night away.

A friend and I stayed here for 2 nights and found the hotel perfectly adequate. It is very convenient for public transport with Victoria Coach Station 5 minutes walk away and Victoria Main Line Station just 10 minutes. Initial impressions could be better but overall we found the room, G4, comfortable, clean and quiet and the staff helpful. A small, […] modern bathroom was attached. The wall-mounted television only seemed to receive CNN newscasts but so what?...we weren't in London to stay in and watch tv! However, the bed was rather old and the springs 'boinked' with every turn. The Breakfast Room was very busy but everything was provided. This hotel is a cheerful enough B and B near enough to the West End ,Ok for a one or two night stay.Not luxurious as a liitle grubby but fine if you can get a good deal.Safe location and on a nice street.Staff friendly enough and help yourself breakfast included in the price which was fine.
"80 steps to the boinging bed"
This quirky little hotel was absolutely fine but as the price of a room suggests, very, very basic. The hallway was been given a coat of gloss paint to the woodwork on the day I arrived. It had everything you'd hope for in the tiniest room possible, a fan, hair-dryer, kettle with powdered milk, tea and coffee but the curtains didn't fit the window, […] the bed, not one of the most comfortable, made a resounding boing when you sat down or turned over in it and I literally had to climb 80 stairs to my room on the 4th floor. The room itself, whilst clean, like the hotel smelled a little strangely (almost a cross between curry and cleaning fluid, with a bit of gloss paint thrown in for good measure) and I didn't bother with breakfast. What it has going for it the most, besides the price, is how very close to Victoria station it is which you can walk to (in about the same time it takes to climb the 80- stairs!) in about 10 minutes. If it was just me, looking for somewhere to crash over night in London on a budget I'd stay again but would be careful who I recommended the hotel to as the room wasn't really, one you'd want to spend any time in comfortably and I know my family would be full of complaints, so wouldn't book the family in there. On the whole though a very cheap and perfectly adequate room - that they just need to sort out the curtains in and at some point in the future pop in a more comfortable mattress for the adequate bed. The telephone in my room was out of order, informed, but no follow-up. Lugguages were left near the reception counter after customers had checked out but not yet ready to go to the airport - a board was hanged to remind customers to take risk if they left the lugguages there, poor security!

The front service was polite, friendly and very helpful. The room was very clean, and relatively spacious. So was the bathroom. I had a room in the back and it was very quiet. "Would not go again"
No lift and put on 3rd floor - after a 12hour flight and with 2 large bags not good..... Also hotel very noisey outside until 11pm and inside you could hear others in their rooms & corridor very clearly, which went on until the early hours. There was a very strong smell of smoke everywhere, despite requesting a non-smoking room. Cant comment on breakfast […] as avoided it in favour of going somewhere clean. On the plus side it really is 5 min walk from victoria bus station, however in future I would gladly pay the extra and stay somewhere else. Read more

"Handy for Victoria"
Far too many stairs to get up to my 4th floor room but other than that not a lot of negativity about my stay in the Airways Hotel. My only gripe was that i had to hand in my card/key at reception when i went out and then go to reception to collect it on the way in...other than that a pleasant stay.

My room was in the Lower Ground, no ventilation, the room was extremely small yet managed to get a double bed into it, the foot of the bed was against the cupboards, no hangers, TV not working, extremely claustrophobic, super hot. For the bathroom, i had to stand on the toilet in order to close the door the get in the shower. "水漏れ"
最初は部屋の広さ、清潔さで素晴らしいと思いました。しかし、泊まってる間にいろいろな欠陥が。まずは、Wifi無料と書いてあるが、公共のロビーでもペイドでした。部屋には有線があるけど、基本的に有料と思っていいでしょう。24時間の方は日本円で1000円くらい。ただ、部屋で使う際は接続が悪い。よく切断される。スタッフの対応は問題なし、親切でしたが、問題は部屋。恐らく自分の部屋岳だと思いますあが、まずは蛇口から水漏れ、そしてシャワーに仕切りがないのでため排水溝が詰まると水が流れないのでバスルームごと洪水状態。また、タオルの交換がなぜかされていない。これは今までで初めての体験でした。笑 まあこれでこの価格ではちょっとまたはないなと思います。

Jeg og min svigerinde er kun positiv overrasket over dette lille hotel:-) Det var ikke overdådigt, der var det der skulle være på værelset, og der blev skiftet håndklæder hverdag, og gjort rent på værelset hver dag, servicen var i top, vi spiste dog ikke morgenmad på hotellet, idet vi valgte at tage ud i byen og spise full English Breakfast hver morgen.... Det var väldigt små rum och man fick nästan backa in i badrummet men det var fräscht där så det övervägde att det var litet. Nackdelen var att de stängde av värmen på dagen så det var enormt kallt när man kom tillbaka på em för en liten vila. Då var det till att krypa ner i sängen och även dra extrafilten över sig men kl 19 när de väl la på värmen igen […] var det skönt. Frukostrummet var i minsta laget för det var alltid mycket folk där och svårt att få plats. Tokigt att man skulle tränga vid vid en bänk för att hämta frukosten eftersom man skulle samma väg tillbaka och fick då trängas med de som satt vid bordet intill. Trots det skulle jag mycket väl kunna tänka mig att på det hotellet igen men bara under den varma årstiden. "Airways Hotel - God beliggenhed"
Vi ønskede et hotel så centralt i London som muligt, og det fik vi. Alt ligger i gå-afstand og ellers er bus, tube og rail muligheder inden for 200 meter. Morgenmaden som var inkluderet i prisen, var langt fra tilfredsstillende, yderst begrænset udvalg og meget lidt plads. Alt i alt et ok hotel.

Airways ligt op een goede locatie in een prettige buurt. Het hotel is niets speciaals, het onderhoud achterstallig maar niet storend of echt vies. De kamers zijn krap maar wanneer je alleen een goedkoop hotel zoekt, op een goede locatie en er alleen maar bent om te slapen en te ontbijten is het een prima hotel.

Hotelli oli kaikin puolin mukava ja hinta/laatu-suhteensa puolesta erinomainen. Aamiainen oli hyvä ja asiakaspalvelu toimi. Muutamia huonoja puolia voisi tietysti mainita, mutta ei mitään kovin tärkeää.

Bra läge nära bussen från Stanstead, det tog max 5 minuter att gå till hotellet och det låg även nära till Victoria och Pimlico tunnelbanestationer. Kvarteren runt omkring är mycket trevliga med många pubar och restauranger. Rummet vi hade (familjerum för fyra personer) var mycket litet, men det var rent. Frukost ingick, inte den lyxigaste men helt […] ok och skönt att slippa gå ut och leta efter frukostställe. Möjlighet att lämna väskorna i bagagerum på avresedagen. Service-minded personal. Rent och helt ok. Ligger rätt bra. Väldigt små rum. Frukosten var inte nån höjdare. Men på det hela taget skulle jag bo där igen.

Det var et behageligt og hyggeligt hotel. Morgenmad var fint, beliggenheden var super god knap 7 minuters rask gåtur fra Victoria station. Sengene var komfortable og der blev gjort rent. Det eneste jeg vil sige dårligt var at vi boede på 4. sal og der er ingen elevator. Blev SÅ øm i lårene af at gå op og ned, hvilket var irriterende.
