The hotel was below average. The bathroom sink had cracks in it, the A/C was very noisy, we had to find a maid to get shampoo, the front desk would not give us a wake up call and the breakfast was embarrassing. If you are looking for something cheap, you might like this hotel.

I stayed in this hotel for 5 days. Very disappointed overall. The front desk was rude. Room service was rude. Room smelled nasty. The lobby smelled like smoke. Just overall not satisfied. Would never stay in this location in future trips.

Adequate accommodations for the price. No thrills experience, but also no unpleasant surprises. Breakfast was less than I expected, but again for the rate, you can't expect a full breakfast buffet.

We booked a room with king size bed 1 week ago. When we arrived, they told us king size bed was not available. They gave us the queue size with the same price. Also they said we booked the hotel through 3rd party and they won't guarantee the bed size and rate. In the end, they switched us to the different location in the same area.. queen size bed.

I would recommend this Hotel to no one. Rooms are in terrible disarray. People who are allowed to stay here, seem to be running side line businesses from the hotel. I was surprised rooms weren't offered by the hour. Save your money stay somewhere decent. I got no sleep while staying here! Waste of Money.

I reserved a non-smoking room, but when I got there, there were none available. Upon check-in, the desk clerk claimed the room was non-smoking, but on a smoking corridor. I knew he lied when I saw the ash tray in the room. They probably tried to cover the smell, but was unsuccessful. In addition, the refrigerator/freezer was not working properly. This hotel didn't offer hair dryer,bath lotion and shampoo in the room. I ended up buying those items since it was definitely a necessary items. The room key is not working well, you need to activate every day. I'm not going to stay here again.

He service was awful i moved twice because the room was so dirty i still dont believe that the bed as a queen it slept and appeared to be a full the tv was tiny and had no connections..the channels were limited and staticy.. i was very disappointed

Was up have the night due to too much noise. The person in the room above paced all night and I heard every foor step. The walls apparently have no sound proofing, I could hear everything in adjacent rooms, not a pleasure.

My Hotel room was nice and clean but was too noisy. I was awakened at Midnight by patrons above me, and again at 5:30 am. The Hotel does not seem to be built well. The floors squeak, and its just was too noisy for me. I do not plan to stay here again!

I believe this hotel has all the facilities to be a four star hotel, but a lot needs to be done. The bed covers need replacement. There is nothing wrong with such a nice hotel not having an exercise room.

Front desk staff were friendly and very helpful. The room was spacious and clean. My only complaint would be about the potent smell of cigarrette smoke throughout the hallway and room. The aroma was so strong I had to buy multiple types of air freshener to be able the bear the air quality in the room. I did enjoy the expedient check-out.

I was very pleased with our hotel experience. The check in process took a few minutes, the staff was very helpful and pleasant at all times. We were there for the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo and I was a little hesitant because of the distance but once we figured out the drive it was fine and took within 20 minutes to get to Reliant Center. The hotel is inexpensive and granted each room has cooking facilities but I did not like the smell of fried fish wafting through the hallways. The odor was strong and remained in the hotel the whole time I was there which was one night. It was so strong that I decided not to book a stay there on my next monthly trip to Houston.
