Upon entering the room, I noticed it had a very musty smell to it. Behind the bathroom door I found used towels, along with hair, and nail clippings on the floor. The remote to the TV was missing the cover to the battery compartment. The night I checked in, there were several (2) small parties going on in the hotel. At no time did I observe hotel staff […] attempting to break up the activities or have the police address the issue. The room two doors down from mine had a female guest. Several times the first and second night during my stay, multiple men came and went from the room. The walls are paper thin. The closed stairwells are used by smokers to smoke out of the cold. On Sunday I found out that the hotel had double charged me. The second charge didn't match the charge I received from Hotels.com. Though it was taken care of first thing the next morning, it was still an inconvenience. From my observations and things I overheard; I believe there are drugs being sold from this hotel, prostitution is taking place here, and long term residents that are using the hotel for more than a good night’s sleep. This is not something I would expect from this hotel chain. I stay in hotels frequently due to my work. All and all, I can say this was the worst hotel experience I have ever had. Find another hotel. Room was clean and amenities were as advertised. Only complaint is that the walls seem thin. A lot of noise from adjacent rooms (next door and upstairs) as well as traffic from the street. I don't know if this is a high crime area or not but you need the room key (card) to get anywhere. I liked the exterior of the hotel. The office clerk was nice. The only real problem was the excessive amounts of "ladies of the night"and "johns" hanging around. Room was clean and well kept. It stayed pretty quiet until the night when a party and argument broke out.

We are a moving company and we used this hotel for two of our drivers that were delivering in the area. This hotel was reasonably priced and located central to the airport. They were able to arrive late and get a goon night's rest. Thank you!

We planned to spend two nights and then come back for an additional night before flying out. We got a room on the second floor and when we stepped off the elevator the entire floor was undergoing a complete model. We turned around and went back to the front desk to request a room on the first floor away from the chaos of the remodel. He gave us another […] room but when we opened the door we were surprised to find that a family was already staying in that room. We returned to the desk for a third time. Our third room was small and felt like a dorm room, not a comfortable hotel room but we were just ready to settle in. The shower rod was falling off the wall and the shower curtain was too short for the showrr so water flooded the bathroom when we bathed. The next morning I went to the lobby for the free continental breakfast to be great by all the workers standing around the food area and staring at me like a piece of raw meat. There was a pitcher of apple juice, a pitcher of orange juice, dry cereal, raw eggs but no way to cool them, a few powder donuts, a brown banana, some waffle mix and a waffle maker along with some coffee. My husband decided we were not spending anymore time there and we checked out of the room immediately and cancelled our reservation for the additional nights. Read more

I was very dissappointed in this hotel since I had seen it rated at 3.7 stars. When getting ready for bed, noticed that the sheets were not clean. Stains that I don't want to ask where they came from. No breakfast service. While the room was clean and the hotel well maintained, the reservation we made wasn't the room we ended up getting. For those of us who still smoke and who make our reservations accordingly, it would be nice to actually get a smoking room. That was the only issue with the hotel. Other than that, nice place.

Not far away from the highway, clean, has a big laundry, nice shower, kitchenette with all equipment and even dish soup. There is an air conditioner, but the window can be open as well since it has a screen frame. We would like to stay there again next time.

For the $$ this place is a great value. Even though the hotel seemed full the place was quiet! And that is important. Noi ice machine was no big deal to me. No shampoo means bring your own. Oh well, I'd stay there again and again.

Staying at crossland was very convenient it's location is not far from airport. Also has a very nice price tag per night rates. Located in nice neighborhood and walking distance to many surrounded business. Great temporary hotel if your on the move.

The only and main problem was we stayed there for 8 days and not one time did housekeeping come to clean, give us new towels or anything! This is actually more of an extended stay kind of place. It functions as a hotel but the office isn't exactly open 24/7. If you go to check in later at night, you have to call for someone to come down to check you into your room. The day staff was extremely helpful though when I had issues figuring out the handicapped shower (as I was placed in a handicapped room since they had overbooked the smaller room I had requested). The room was small, but very comfortable. There's a great little BBQ, a 711 and a liquor store on the next corner, and a little taco stand with really good food at low prices. And only ten minutes from the airport.
