The room was spacious, comfortable, and very clean. It is conveniently located and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I will definitely stay there again.

Our 2nd room was great. 1st room smelled like smoke, even though we had requested non-smoking. 1st foor hallway smelled like smoke, also.Staff was very helpful in getting our rooms changed. Would stay again, but ask for upper floor room.

The staff seemed apathetic at best. Greetings were cold and impersonal. The room was clean, the mattress was uncomfortable, enjoyed the free access to the Gold's gym, about the only reason I would consider going back. The attitude of the staff is inexcusable. I would stay again only if the cost remained at about $60.

Had to go to Tally to help my son who attends FSU look for a new apartment. Hotel is about what you would expect for the $$. Best: location, very friendly staff, good coffee & accommodations adequate but nothing special. Worst: booked a non smoking room but room still smelled like smoke, no treadmill only ellipticals in work out facility.

We were very satisfied with the stay once we found it. They have changed the name to America Extended Stay. She said they had just put the new signs up. Would have been nice to know ahead of time. Other than that, enjoyed the stay very much. Very clean and comfortable. Spacious room and great kitchen.

Had to take a business trip to Tallahassee for a couple of nights recently and, due to my normal business lodging being booked full, I opted for the Studio Plus. When I arrived, I found that the location appears to be in the middle of a change over to the Extended Stay America brand. One particular downside: one of the coworkers I was traveling with requested a non-smoking room but received a smoking room instead and was unable to be swapped due to no additional vacancy. Furnishings in our room were worn and showed wear marks, etc. The air conditioner did not function properly. The bed was worn out and uncomfortable. The linens were clean but thin. The bathroom was clean but worn. The room also had a mild musty smell. The gal at the front desk was very nice however. We won't be back to this hotel in the future.

I was down there for my FAMU homecoming & I really loved how big my room was. It did have a smoky smell but I bought some spray from home & it was okay. The room was very clean, VERY CLEAN! It met me & my brother's needs. I will be returning next year.

The price was lowest versus other hotels in the immediate area. The full kitchen was useful but there was a musty/smoky/moldy (my room was non-smoking) smell I noticed in my room as well as in the hall on the second floor. I can recommend this place because of the price but for quality or overall value i'm not sure how it would stack up against the […] other hotels around. Only real complaint I have is there was an issue with the pool that caused it to be closed during our stay. Would have been nice if we had been informed of this issue. I am sure the hotel was glad that it rained on Sunday .......

It was fine. Staff was nice. Everything worked in my room and there were no pest. Just be aware that room cleanings are not daily. They are upon request for a fee if you are staying short term (a few days).
