Even though it looks like this hotel has received a recent overhaul it still needs work. The heating is outdated being a manual system under the window. It produces a very dry heat and is noisy when it kicks on (typical in older hotels). Wear and tear in bathrooms easily visible. Restaurant is expensive for breakfast and selection is poor. Service though was exceptional - friendly and considerate.

Did not realize that if you book through Hotels.com, you are not guaranteed a non-smoking room. So, we got a smoking room and were not able to switch. Smelled horrible. Very noisy in the hallways and could hear everything in out room

Very comfortable and well appointed guest rooms. Bathrooms need updating! Short car ride in to the village of Pittsford. Plenty of breakfast options in the immediate surrounding area.

First arrived are room was mixed up with someone else , when we got A room unpacked tv didnt work had to pack back up move to new room , following day dust balls all over . made pitcure on lamp to dust, Never recomend this place and wha a smell of milew!!! told them we wanted to leave early would not refund anything , We left early anyway !!!!

My second stay at this hotel, due to its convenient location in relation to Pittsford relatives. First stay--not through Hotels.com was much pricier, so this was a pleasant surprise; and my room was nicer this time. Quiet, well run and pleasant, despite a stark and unwelcoming exterior appearance (looks almost like a hospital...). The inhouse food service is to be avoided--overpriced and disappointing in quality--otherwise a very good place.

Very friendly staff. Clean rooms with the new modern sheet set-up. Bathrooms could be updated - sinks and faucets were old. Room service was fast and efficient. I will definitely stay there again. It is a better value than Hampton Inn down the road.

The light next to the bed didn't work, the rubber bath mat needed cleaning and periodically the toilet would start running. The beds were comfortable, though. Also, we arrived on a Friday night and the smell of fish from the hotel restaurant not only filled the lobby but we could smell it on the second floor. Even though we were on a non- smoking floor, we also smelled cigarette smoke as we walked down the hall.

I loved my stay in this hotel. I specially loved the bed which was very, very comfortable. Staff is friendly and available. I definitely recommend this place!!!

The hotel was very nice and kept very clean. Even the grounds. It's right off the Motorway, which made it convenient to get to where I needed to be. The Mall is only a couple miles away and a couple of nice restaurants. The staff was really nice except for the one on duty when I was checking out. Wasn't too keen about her. But thankfully that was the only time I saw her, or she would have ruined everything....wish I could remember her name. But other than her, it was 1st rate. I would stay there again for sure.

Our one problem with this hotel was that the housekeeping staff stood outside the back door smoking quite a bit, and that was the door that was closest to our room, and the most convenient for us to use, but I couldn't because of the smoke, and that lobby also reeked of smoke.

We were promised a room with two full-sized beds--but were told when we got there that they don't guarantee this for on-line bookings. Instead we were given a room with a queen-sized bed and a convertible couch.

I chose this hotel primarily based on location to a testing center I needed to go to. It was rated with only 3 stars so I thought it would be adequate but nothing special. I was very surprised and impressed. The hotel was very clean, the room was tastefully decorated and quiet. There was free wireless internet access and movies available to order. I also requested a refrigerator and one was placed in the room along with a microwave before my arrival. A complimentary paper was placed at the door in the morning. The hotel offers a delivery of coffee and a scone for breakfast. They have a pool and fitness center as well as a steakhouse/bar on premises. Unobtrusive but attentive staff, easy check out. I would stay there again.
