Everything was fine with me. The only thing that I didn't like was that the bathroom floor was partially flooded when I entered the room after checking in, and I had to be reassigned to another room. Besides that, breakfast was great and the room was very clean. They are very efficient when it comes to room service.

Easy access, lots of affordable nearby restaurants, clean, staff was accommodating - they prepped a room early for me to change for a funeral. The card key lock was troublesome for me.

Everything was nice but the air in our room was a little stale and musty b/c the window can not be opened. Breakfast was great, except those "powdered eggs"!

Very friendly and helpful staff. Very well kept up. Absolutely impressed with the breakfast every morning, and cookies and coffee in the evening a special treat. Would definitely stay again.

What a nice place to stay! Lobby not thrilling, but the room was spotless and the bed was the best--clean and snuggly! Great mattress. Good breakfast. Highly reccommend this hotel!! Also great price--couldn't beat it!

Apart from the friendly service, this Hampton Inn is not indicative of the namesake. It is well overdue for a major renovation from ceiling to wall to floors. Perhaps consider selling this location to another chain like Days Inn or Travel Lodge because so much is needed to bring it up to standard. All bathrooms need to be entirely redone- sink and faucet, […] countertop, mirror, toilet, bathtub/shower, floor tile, and door. New bed(s), wall mounted TV, new cabinetry, desk, chair, sofa, resting chair and leg rest, lamps, and carpets throughout not just the rooms, but hallways & guest lounge area. Towels were all grayish white indicating they were very worn out and not absorbent. Linens and bedding all need to be replaced. And while you're at it - add better insulation between rooms. The doors between units need replacing - they are not air tight or insulated enough. A complete, independent inspection to see if it is worthwhile keeping the building at all would be wise. This is an "older" hotel but I think that's a plus in this case. My room had tall ceilings, a king size bed, a sofa, desk, dresser, TV, etc. Most importantly, I didn't hear much noise from outside my room. The service at this hotel was excellent--the staff at front desk, housekeeping staff and breakfast staff were all friendly and accommodating. During my stay, I realized that I needed to extend my visit by a few days, and I was able to do this quickly at the front desk (and at the same rate). The breakfast area was immaculate and staff were attentive, […] solving minor problems immediately. Plenty of newspapers were available in the dining area. My room was clean and comfortable. The hotel location is great--right across the highway from a Wal-Mart, a short walk to a large supermarket, Burger King and dry cleaner, and is within a short drive to many restaurants and additional shopping. There were a few negatives: one of the beds in my room had a very uncomfortable mattress, so I was very happy to have a second bed available (which was fine). I also noticed that the wallpaper was starting to separate and curl up in several places in the hotel, and the carpets in the hallways and elevator seemed a little dingy in a few places. These things don't bother me, but they will require attention in the future. All in all, the hotel was a good choice and a good value. As a Hilton Honors member, I like to stay in Hilton properties whenever I can (and I appreciated the newspaper delivered at my door every morning). In my opinion, Hampton Inns are generally a good choice and provide a consistently good product. Read more

I enjoyed my stay very much - clean comfortable & courtious. The only problem I encountered was the shower curtain rail was loose & hung a bit low so the the curtain didn't stay all the way closed.
