Arrived at 4:pm, almost no cars in the lot. Employee car parked unter the main entrance and no luggage carts to be found. Had to unload in the rain...

Snacks, coffee and hot tea all day. The breakfast was great....eggs, bacon, fruit, cereal, waffles and much more. I would stay here again and would highly recommend staying here. Alot of shopping and restaurants closeby.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was nice and clean . It makes you feel like your at home when your traveling. The breakfast was exemplary being that variety foods for the people. It is always wonderful to come to hotel with pleasant environment.

This was an excellent hotel. We came for a square dance weekend that was held in Memphis. If we attend this dance next year we will be staying at this hotel. The room was very nice. The beds were comfortable. It was clean and had everything you need like shampoo, lotion, etc. and even mouthwash. It was also a very quiet room. There wasn't all the hall […] noise and noise from other rooms that you sometimes hear in some hotels. The breakfast was wonderful! They had omelets and bagel toppers, oatmeal, fresh fruit, coffee, tea, cereal, toast and more, just a really great breakfast for a hotel! Coffee and tea were available in the lobby all day long with apples and bananas. In the afternoon they put out cookies. The lobby and breakfast area was large with plenty of seating. The front desk was very helpful with extra toiletries if you should run out or forgot something. The parking was plentiful and we felt safe in this area. We hope to be back! Read more

Hotel lobby was very, very nice and inviting. Room was clean and cool. Breakfast was decent. Water pressure in shower wasn't that great and alot of dust came flying off the shelf when I pulled out a towel, but other than that it was a good experience. We would stay there again. Great location.

Rooms are small, no frill. Location is in nice, safe area. Not the best breakfast, instead of free they should pay you to eat it. Staff was very courteous, nice people to do business with. The food items in the little "store" was very resonably priced.

Hamption Inn Suites takes great care of me again. We stayed two days and appreciated the cleanliness of the property, both inside and outside. The staff was friendly with most taking the time to say hello. Though we never felt that we were in an unsafe area the uniformed security guard in the parking lot was a welcome sight.

The only thing missing was a small refrigerator. Otherwise was very pleasant stay. Only needed 2 nights so not having the refrigerator was not a problem. Definitely a great stay and would choose again when in Memphis.
