I was surprised by how refined the room was for the price. The bed was one of the most comfortable i have ever slept in. The complimentary breakfast was surprisingly good. The hotel staff was very friendly. I really liked the place but more importantly, my girlfriend loved it. Were definitely going back the next time we go to Disney.

Great Hotel, 10 mins from Disney Parks. All restaurants are nearby.

NO COMPLAINT, FROM TO MOMENT I GOT TO THE LOBBY TO LEAVE MY BAGS, UTIL THE MOMENT I LEFT EVERYTHING WAS GREAT.

We love this place! We have stayed there numerous times and have enjoyed it each and every time. For our budget it is the place to be while in the Disney area.

Great location, breakfast not bad not great but the price is right. Staff very professional and helpful. Would stay there again.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful from check in to check out. The rooms were also very clean and comfy.

This was one of the cleanest hotels I've stayed in. They served breakfast and the staff was great. It's located at near the entrance to downtown Disney and a Prime Outlet Mall.

I did my homework on hotels when it came to my Disney vacation. I selected this hotel because of what it had to offer and I must say, I wasn't disapointed!! The location was great! It was within walking distance to several restraunts, they offer a shuttle to Park, free internet, free parking, free warm breakfast, and the rooms were very clean and spacious. The room had a fridge and a microwave. Our housekeeper Elizabeth was amazing! The pool was nice, the jacuzzi was closed during my stay, but opened the day before we left. The only two things that it doesn't have is a safe in the room and a laundry room. The hotel will give you a key to go next door and use the laundry room there. That was minor to me though. I paid a lot less staying here than on the resort that I found out has fees for everything!! I highly recommend.

Our room was very damp and musty feeling. Our clothes were always damp. The breakfast was very poor....the scrambled eggs were awful and cold, had to ask for replacement of eggs and potatoes. The breakfast could have been a lot more appetizing and tasteful. The complimentary bus service to Epcot was wonderful..driver was on time and very polite.

This place is amazing. The rooms are very clean and updated. The management is very professional and at the same time, very courteous. The breakfast is free, filling and awesome with enough variety for everyone. Definitely going to stay here next time I am in Orlando.

Hard to beat this hotel for a stay near Disney. It is in a quite location near Crossroads restaurants and is very clean. The continental breakfast is also very good and the beds are great I will stay here every time I come to DW...

Stayed for 5 nights and had a lovely stay. Perfect for doing Disney and Universal. Hotel staff was nice, rooms were comfortable and breakfast was satisfying. Old complaint was that the hot tub wasn't very hot!

Second time we've stayed there & will most definitely stay again. Hotel is in ideal Orlando location, it's very clean, the rooms are large, 2 very comfortable queen size beds (not double like in most places), bathroom is lovely with extended curtain rod so the tub shower is roomy, & there's lots of good quality towels. The staff is friendly, free internet with no problems and the complimentary breakfast is fantastic with a really good selection. Very happy with this hotel. :)

Being a Hampton Inn I knew the quality would be top notch, if not I had their guarantee to make it right...but this hotel was great!! excellent!! Palm Parkway is a perfect street, like Idrive without all the traffic...It is located so close to Disney you can hear the fireworks (probably see them from the higher floors)...the street is lined with hotels and restaurants and seemed very safe... The only complaint I have on the hotel is their TV...it is satellite and a couple of nights the normal FL storm brewed up so I was without TV for about 30 minutes while "searching for signal"... The hotel felt fairly new, no musty smells or weird odors in the room, carpet was clean, bathroom was in great condition and I loved the down comforter on the bed... I will definitely be looking for this hotel again next time I go back...

Great hotel for the price. Very clean and comfortable for the price. My family enjoyed their short stay very much and will stay there again on our next Orlando vacation. Breakfast was also very good.

Stayed for three nites found that on second day we left hotel at 8:30 in the morning when we returned at 3pm the room still had not been cleaned or attended to by house keeping. Hotel said they cleaned out going rooms 1st, funny parking lot was empty the night before. Oh well, nice hotel over all. Desk said to tell them you needed room cleaned by certain time and they would comply.

I must say for the price I really enjoyed my stay. This hotel was very clean and nice. The beds were extremely comfortable, the room was very clean. The staff was friendly. I would recommend this hotel to others. I will stay here again on my next trip to Orlando.

my husband and i stay was very nice , i like there customer service, the room was very nice , had everything we needed for our stay, microwave, refrigerator, iron,ironingboard ,and the beds are very comfortable , the room was very neat and clean, and most of all i really liked the complimentary breakfast that was served from 6am till 10am ,thats is really nice to have ,saves you from going to find somewhere to eat breakfast very conveniet and its for no charge! Nice room for the money you pay, not highly priced!! Overall i would stay there again!

We were very pleased with everything at this hotel. The price, the breakfast in the morings and the clean rooms and helpful happy staff. i was expecting a lot different, but we are happy to say we were well happy with all this hotel offered. When we come back to Orlando, we will use this hotel.

Good location, very clean & a full breakfast each morning.

The hotel was very clean and the service was wonderful. We even had a microwave and fridge in our room when it said on the website that we would have to request these and that they would be extra. We had a wonderful time and will defintely stay here again and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone!!

First let me say that i was satisfied w/ the appearance, cleanliness, and service at this hotel; additionally, it's located near alot of good dining and shopping. My only complaint is about the breakfast (one of the deciding factors as to why i chose this hotel) which contained sausage EVERY morning out of the 4 days i was there. i'm not a big sausage fan & my mate gets ill just from the smell of it :( so we were a bit unhappy about that. All else was great:)...

This hotel is in a safe convenient area close to disney shopping and restraunts. The employees were great and freindly. Ready with directions to locations around the city.

The hotel was clean, conveniently located and very reasonably priced. Only issue was that the room wasn't cleaned after our initial night and the in-room coffee maker didn't work. Hotel management rectified both issues very quickly and honestly cared about our experience. i would definatley stay again if I'm in the area.

Very happy staying at the Hampton Inn. The rate was great, breakfast was great and it had a great location.

The room was clean, were provided with plenty of towels/wash clothes and toiletries. The hot continetal breakfast was very good. The fitness room and lobby computers were a plus. Great location for Disney World visitors. Plenty of restaurants and shops (food marts, pharmacies, convience stores, etc). Would stay there again.

HOTEL WAS VERY CLEAN AND THE STAFF WAS VERY HELPFUL. BREAKFAST BAR WAS GREAT AND THE BEDS ARE VERY COMFORTIBLE. THE HOTEL WAS IN A GREAT LOCATION, CLOSE TO DISNEY AND MANY GREAT RESTAURANTS. WHEN I COME TO DISNEY AGAIN I WILL STAY AT THIS HOTEL AND I WILL ALSO RECOMMEND TO ALL OF MY FRIENDS.

The accommdations were great and the hotel is well situated for downtown Orlando and Disney. The breakfast is good if you want only continental style. Unfortunately, they served powdered scrambled eggs.

In mine opinion it was EXCELLENT that hotel, QUALITY, CUSTOMER SERVICE AND CLEANER UP.

This hotel is very underrated at 2 1/2, it should be a 3 1/2. The room was immaculately clean. The bathroom was beautiful and the bed was very comfortable. The air conditioning unit was brand new and very quiet. The free buffet breakfast was very nice and the 24 hour coffee and tea was great.

i stayed there for my honeymoon. my wife and i enjoyed our stay there.i would recommend this hotel to everyone...i mean the hotel exceeds ones expectation..and the bed were extremely comfortable.it was nice and smelled excellent.Also the customer representative were great..cant wait to go back to hampton inn lake buena vista

This was a quick last minute getaway for myself and my two children. I couldn't have asked for better accomodations for the price.

The Hampton Inn was FABULOUS! Clean, comfortable (Queen beds instead of full size :-)and very nicely updated. Full hot breakfast included! Wonderful!!! Would definitely stay here again & recommend to others.

The location, cleanliness, front desk and staff customer service exceeded my expectations by far! Management was GREAT! The hotel FREE Continental Breakfast was very satisfying!! The fitness center & pool areas very well kept.

Even though it was an older hotel, it was a great location for SeaWorld and that was what I was looking for when I booked the reservations. We were grateful we were able to check in earlier and they put our whole family on the same floor. Everyone was friendly and the breakfast the next morning was wonderful.
