Spent the night during a quick escape to the Disney parks. The room and the hotel was very clean. The room was very modern and house many amenities that I was not expecting....Our room had a microwave, fridge, and bar sick, along with a coffee maker. We did not use any of these due to our short stay, but if we were staying a little longer, it was nice […] to know that we could buy some cold cut and cheese and make a couple of sandwiches for the parks. The room and ammenities were outstanding. The breakfast was a hot meal with all the extras, not just a continential breakfast. I was disappointed to learn that the shuttle to Disney Magic Kingdom was at odd hours and only once in the morning and once at night. We went to the magic kingdom and the shuttle in the morning left the hotel at park opening […] but pick up was at 10 which would have meant that the fireworks and nights shows would be missed. Also there was no option to return to the room during the day. We were traveling with a small child which made this a neccessity. This hotel promised a crib upon arrival, but it was not available. I asked for extra bedding, but they did not have a pillow. Customer service at the front desk was lacking. The bathroom faucets and tub stopper did not work properly, running water constantly. The website claimed that they had complementary shuttle service to the Disney parks, but upon […] check-in we discovered that it is only one bus that comes by the hotel all day to take you to Magic Kingdom or Epcot and one arrival time as well, so if you miss it, you need to take a cab back to the hotel. I stayed at the Galleria Palms for the weekend and it was the most pleasant place for such a cheap price. Everything is right around the corner from the hotel. The room was perfect and very detailed clean. I could go on but I will shorten this to- you got to stay here! :) I'll be there in October again.

The hotel was very clean. It wa within 10 minute drive or less from any park if you did not take the shuttle that picks you up from the lobby. The shuttle it's free you just have to tip the driver. The rooms were spacious enough and clean. A\C worked wonderful. There is a lot of places to go to eat nearby

The stay at Galleria palm was well above my expectations.Starting the day with a nice regular breakfast.All the disney theme parks are with in 10 km range.Our trip was mainly for Disney so we didnot have time to go to swimming pool but the swimming pool for kids on site would be an extra.

We were visiting Disney and it took us minutes to arrive to the parks from the hotel! Breakfast is so/so but it helped us save money and time going out in the morning to eat. There are tons of places to eat if you choose not to eat there. Water in the shower could have been hotter. Overall i would stay again.

My only complaint was that the housekeeping staff was obnoxiously loud first thing in the morning. Not everyone wakes up at 9am! Everything else was great! The hotel is super close to disney and universal. We loved it!

Except for the desk attendant, most of the staff were unfriendly and borderline rude. The advertised hot breakfast consists of powdered eggs with stale biscuits and watery gravy. There is no fruit or toppings for oatmeal. The rooms do not provide any secured safe or storage, so plan on hauling all of your valuables with you into the parks.

And I had to make multiple trips downstairs to get the bedding for it as well. The hotel is much older than how it was in the picture, room is dark not enoug light. Bathroom has broken sink, water was dripping in the bathtub. Their breakfast was bad nothing to eat. Custumer Service was great. Overall it was ok for the cheap price.

It's almost impossible to sleep because it is so noisy! The halls are tiled and the carts make a lot of noise when they are rolled by. Also, our room was right by the elevators and an entry door so there was considerable noise from both of those. Whenever people would go by, their voices echoed throughout the hallway.

The Hotel pretty much met our needs. We had a group of 60 18 yr olds, the rooms were clean, and above average. The gym was lacking, only 1 tread mill, 1 elliptical And no free weights. We booked a room with a pull out sofa bed for our child. We had the room booked for about a month ahead of time. When we arrived at midnight, the room was reasonably clean but there was no bedding for the sofa bed except for an obviously dirty and used pillow that was in the closet. The reception personel said he could not provide a blanket until morning […] but did produce a blanket because we were persistent. Also, rather than cleaning our room on one of the days, probably because we left for the day around 11 am, the cleaning staff simply put our do not disturb sign on our door so they wouldn't have to clean the room. Our complaints to the staff (day staff, night staff said the cleaning staff wouldn't do such a thing) was met with the usual, "We apologize that happened" but we are not going to do anything about it, routine. "The breakfast is okay but below average. You better get to it early though otherwise everything is gone and there is little room to sit. I have no idea why the hotel is classified as a resort or why they charge a resort fee. The hotel is close to all the parks, but since there are few traffic lights, getting turned around to get to them takes about 15 to 30 minutes depending on the traffic which is always heavy. Stay somewhere else if you have any other alternative. Read more
