I was not disappointed in any way. The location was easy to get to and a magnificient view from the room of Niagara Falls set the tone for the whole weekend. Dinning was great and service was above my expectations. What more can I say.

This hotel will not disappoint. It's beautiful, clean, close to falls and has friendly helpful employees. Only problem was I wasn't expecting to pay an additional $12.00 + tax per night for outdoor parking! FYI, if you make a local call from your room you'll be charged $1.00 per call. Food was a little pricey but very good. Will definately stay there again.

Location, value and comfort are the reasons to stay here. It's just far enough out of the tourist fray and the beds were super comfortable. You need a car though since there's not much else right around. Head north a couple miles north to great parks/trails near the whirlpool and botanical gardens.

I am very happy with the stay and the money I paid for. I and my husband with our two kids went to see the Falls during the school spring break. It was our first visit to the Falls and we stayed at the Hampton Inn for a night. The hotel location was great, just about 2 or 3 mins drive to get to the Falls. Although the hotel is a bit out-dated, it is […] clean and comfortable. I got a good rate that included breakfast. I didn't expect to get such good quality breakfast for the money I paid for. It served a variety of food such as waffles, sausages, omelette, donuts, fruit, yoghurt, juice, hot chocolate and etc. It was so impressive! "The Best around the Falls"
Thumbs up for the customer service....helpful, knowledgable, local and courteous - each and every one of them. Even my kids know their names and still recall them when we talk about our trip. Rooms -- Clean Bathrooms -- Clean Location -- Very convenient

The hotel is located along the river across from the "whitewater river walk." It is easy to go across the street and buy "PeopleMover" tickets or walk to the bus or train station around the corner. There are several nice eateries located close to the hotel. We enjoyed eating at Simon's, Dad's, Coffee Culture and Edwin's. There is also a nice Chinese […] Takeout across from the Niagara Transit Bus Depot. The neighborhood around the hotel is very quiet. There are several "closed up" buildings near the bus depot but the overall neighborhood is very nice. The golf course is located rather close to the hotel. It was very convenient to eat breakfast in the hotel rather than having to agree upon a place and find the place. Overall very favorable hotel. The original room we were given had a very strong odor possibly smoke that was covered up by some cleaning solution. We loved this hotel! It was an awesome location. Right one of the bus stops for some of the main attractions. About 1 1/2 miles from the falls, which was perfect. Breakfast was okay. It's one of the few hotels in the area that has free parking and breakfast included. This hotel is a little away from the falls. It is within 10 minutes of the falls which means it is in a quiet neighborhood and close enough to the falls to enjoy the falls. The problem with being away is that you have to pay to park when going in to town to view the falls. There is public transportation available. This hotel was in the perfect location! Only about 5 minutes from Niagara Falls. It's also located across the street from the Whitewater Walk, which was awesome. The breakfast at Hampton Inns are really nice, the kids like that they get to pick out whatever they want. Also, cookies at 1pm, a nice boost. Beds and rooms were nice. We loved that there […] was a small patio right off of the swimming pool, so if you wanted to get a tan, you could. "Too far from attractions"
The hotel location is little far from the attraction,the neighborhood doesn't help either.The room is dated needs improvement,the beds needed new mattresses but the breakfast are great and has many choices.

"Great location"
We had a wonderful time.The hotel is located close to all the must-see sights,walking distance if you choose.Great accomodations,very helpful staff at the front desk.My kids loved the continental brekfast.

This hotel was overall pretty clean, was very comfortable. Pool was shallow and pool room too hot, but water temp was just right in the pool and the hot tub. Breakfast was very good and plentiful. Hotel location was great, not too far from sights, across the street from the beautiful Niagara River Gorge and in a quiet neighborhood.
The walls are quite thin could here everyone out side.

We found a great rate here for a weekend stay at the end of January. There were a few things that could have been updated in our room (caulking on the sink, closet door adjustment, etc...), but all-in-all, it was a decent place to stay, especially for the deal we received on hotels.com. We brought workout clothes expecting to get a workout in each […] morning, however, the photos of the "gym" were quite deceiving. Don't bother. We were able to take advantage of the pool, jacuzzi, and sauna, which were an added bonus and of course the great options at breakfast! A $12.00 cab ride will get you to or from the heart of Niagara Falls, which we used one of the nights we hit a casino. A phone in the lobby will dial directly to a taxi service, and plenty of brochures for attractions in the area were helpful. This was my first hotels.com experience, and I was quite pleased with the simplicity of the process. Read more

We enjoyed staying in this hotel. Fully corresponds to the description and rates: quiet, conveniently located, free parking etc. Wi-Fi was not working in the morning though it was probably designed that way pushing guests to the falls sooner :)

"Niagara Falls, CA Great trip in the fall"
The Hampton Inn was just perfect for our needs. Close to evrything we wanted to do and the front desk was incredibly helpful. Especially pointing out the quaint community of Niagara on the Lake just north of the Falls. We fell in love with this little city. Very beautiful and great places to eat.
