Hotel staff very friendly. nice lobby, good breakfast with fresh fruits and no plastic dishes. After complaining about the size of suite we were sold for 5 persons (definitely too small and not a fair sale) we were given complimentary upgrade to a two bed room suite by the manager which was very much appreciated. Free parking and free wireless internet are very convenient as well as close access to highway and airport.

Free shuttle to the hotel from airport. Nice exercise room and pool. Room was very comfortable, staff friendly, and hotel was well-maintained and clean. Shuttle provided by hotel to points of interest and cruiseport. Definite return stay next time catching a cruise out of Ft. Lauderdale.

The beds could have been more comfortable. The Materess was way too hard making sleep impossible after a hard day. other than than it is the ideal hotel.
"Going above and beyond."
We are in the process of adopting some kids from that area and the hotel and its staff were more than accomidating letting us use their facilities, early check in and late check outs. Any where they could help they did.

I booked this hotel for friends of mine coming in town for a concert. They loved it I stayed over one night. The breakfast buffet was wonderful, soft pillow and sheets sleeping was a dream.

"Hampton Inn Hotel"
The Hotel and its customer service was excellent, however the direction to the hotel was not clear as it took me about 4 hours to locate same. Otherwise once I found it everything else went very smooth.

"Nice Hotel"
I would recommend staying hear. Really nice people at the desk - very comfortable beds - clean. Even the extra blanket was wrapped in a plastic bag so you know it's clean.

"Hampton- good local hotel"
The hotel was clean and very up to date for a dainty local hotel. Nothing too fancy but just what we needed for the night stay. Very quiet as well. We slept like babies!
