The beds were very comfortable and the hotel was clean. The free breakfasts were good and a wide selection was offered. But the room was somewhat smaller than other Hamptons.

The heater is always on so air-conditioner should be used. Turning off the air-conditioner led to hot temperature. We were not used to such temperature control.

Stopped overnight while travelling through. Lots of eating, shopping, and a movie theatre nearby. Hot tub and pool were really nice and stayed open til midnite. Breakfast was also good with hot options.

Staff was one of the nice staff a hotel I've ever stayed at. They went out of the way to help me and my family. It's a great place to stay if you have kids. All motel should be model after this one.

Our stay was a great experience with an awesome, thoughtful staff - Only one item we missed, a refrigerator. However, an ice machine was just a few steps away so it was only a minor inconvenience. It does make it easier having one (especially with a toddler) so hopefully next trip. Thanks so much, Hampton for your above and beyond accommodations.

The staff was very friendly and the hotel was clean. The only issue we had was with a rowdy group staying at the hotel who were in and out until about 3am. This probably would not have been an issue had we not had the room right above the entrance.

Everything about this hotel was great; the beds, cleanliness, indoor pool, continental breakfast,etc, except the bathroom. Unfortunately, the bathroom had two problems that ruined our stay. First, the bathroom door did not close properly. It dragged against the ground making a very loud noise and it woke everyone up in the middle of the night when my […] child went to the bathroom. The second item against the bathroom was the underpowered shower. There was not much pressure at all and the shower head would not give the spray options that it indicated it had. I had a smoking room reserved. When I got there, there were none available because the state of Indiana has made all hotels smoke free. It would have been nice to have known that. I could have driven 20 miles further into KY and received a smoking room
