This stay was pleasant. Employees were friendly and hotel was very clean. We would definately stay again. This was a last minute booking and it worked out well.

The Cleanliness of room/hotel is excellent and the service is outstanding. The location of the is near all attraction but a car is need it to move around. The location the hotel is also excellent, because is like 5 minutes from the highway.

My four small children and I stayed here 5 nights.My husband joined us for the last 2. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Rooms were always clean and nice facilities. Great breakfast as well!

The room and breakfast area were fine; very much up to Hampton Inn standards. However the swimming area was not up to standards. The hottub was lukewarm. We asked the desk attendant to turn up the heat but she said she didn't know how and the maintenance person had gone home at 3pm. It was 5pm when we brought this to her attention. Easy access with shuttle to airport for an early morning flight. Great that we could leave our vehicle there for a week with no hassle. Driver made sure we had the number to call for shuttle upon our return. Friendly staff.

Room was comfortable. Only complaint was the TV. It had lines going through the top of the screen. We stayed 3 nights. It was never made right even though we reported it the first night.

we had a very nice room but as soon as you opened the door you were hit with stale cigarette smoke. that was disturbing to me as i have asthma and smoke aggravates it.

The service from the employees was absolutely outstanding. Even received a phone call once we settled in to make sure we had everything that we needed. The only negative was the breakfast bar. Coffee was luke warm and the food was less than appealing. I would definitely stay there again.

The hotel was fine, but we were dissappointed with the location. It was probably my fault , but I was expecting to be at the Circle Drive location. We were so far from everything that it was a lot more driving than planned. We could have switched hotels, but was told that we couldn't get our money back since we had already paid.

Room was nice. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was good, but at busy times was not kept well-stocked. AC was not working in the hallway of our floor and was that way throughout our entire stay despite temperatures in the 90's some days. No decent chairs in the room to just sit and read. For the price, expected a little more.

Very convenient location, room was what I expected for this price, breakfast was standard motel fare, not bad but nothing special. The room was clean and comfortable. The only problem was that one of the lights lights in the bathroom was out and the other was flickering. I asked 3 times to have it changed but it was never done. Made it hard to put in […] contacts in the morning. This was not a complicated or unusual request, just change a light bulb but they dropped the ball. I would stay here again but I would be more adamant if anything was wrong, seems like the staff is a little indifferent to guest requests. I travel a lot, and I usually like the Hampton Inns - good quality at a fair price. but this hotel is below Hampton's usual standards. The carpet in my room stayed wet in front of the refrigerator during my 4 day stay. Since the refrigerator was next to the bathroom door, I had a hard time avoiding this wet mess. The water pressure in the bathroom sink […] was very low. I reported it the first morning, and nothing was done about it. Then, mysteriously in the middle of gettng ready the second morning, the pressure improved. Still don't know what was blocking it earlier. A little scary to think about.
