Good value for money, good accommodation
"Our Favorite Place to Stay in T.O."Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on May 4, 2012
Our room had two minor issues which we reported at checkout. (Refrigerator did not work well due to broken seal on door and toilet needed a little tightening) I will trust the hotel will address these maintenance issues. The suite was clean, comfortable and pleasing for our stay. This is always our first choice of accommodations, so much better than a standard room. The Hotel has simple elegance and a top rate, friendly and efficient staff.
"An excellent hotel"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on May 4, 2012
The staff were courteous and helpful. The room was bright, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent value. An enjoyable stay all round.

"Hilton Toronto - Expensive Holds on Your Account"
I used my debit card there and unfortunately had $300 tied up for days before they would release it. I only did this to pay for breakfast but if someone would have let me know that in advance, I would have chosen another option. The friendliness of the staff (at reception) depended on the day and time. Some were really professional and friendly while […] others were not. The restaurant is expensive but the food was good. Yes, like other reviewers commented, I will say that the noise seems to pass easily beyond doors in this hotel but nothing that kept me awake at night. The corridors could use a upgrade but the room was clean and fairly modern. Read more
"Great for a jet lagged traveler"
I just want to say, that this hotel thought a lot about someone just coming off a 15 hour flight. They have two beds and each person can adjust lighting/tv/etc... You still need a shuttle, maybe just 10 minutes, to get to this hotel though. It is a free shuttle that runs every 20 minutes, but then there are a lot of other hotels near by. So it is not […] such a exclusive airport hotel. Also, they charge for internet in the room, but if you are tired this can be good as it will keep you off the computer. I just needed a place to crash overnight waiting for a connection in the morning. Let me say the bed was so comfortable it cured my jetlag and I slept. Read more

The only thing that is very dissapointing is the fee for parking! When i reserved I did not see that there was a fee(not indicated)! so I was surprised when I got there! Won't be staying there again! I will recommend this Hotel BUT will tell them about the parking FEE!!!
"Toronto Airport Hotel"
The cleanest room I have had in a hotel in my many years of travel. Thank you Anne. Your pride and hardwork paid off. I hope they promote you to training manager. I will certainly recommend Hilton. Also the other staff were excellent as well. Very accommodating, friendly, & courteous. The rooms were well equipped, the bed very comfortable. The only […] suggestion I would make to all hotels....you need the heating registers along the floor not ceiling. As heat rises anyway the floor area is cold even though the heat is cranked up. To save energy put the registers along the floor and the heat will rise to warm the room. Everything else including room service was excellent. The food delicious. I didn't want to leave. A job well done. Read more

Only complant would be the poor lighting in the room and that they charge extra for WiFi. Shuttle bus to the very dependable.

"Hilton Toronto Airport - Not for Biz Travelers"
Check in service was fine. Breakfast was good and service attentive. Going down to the lobby to get free WiFi, really? Room configuration was unusual, felt more like a youth hostel and frayed carpet tells me an update is due.
"Simple and efficient"
The hotel was in a very convenient area. The service to and from the hotel was effortless and very efficient. The room was clean with very comfortable beds. Hotel staff took great care and concern that we were awake and at the airport ontime to get our connecting flight. Althought it was a short stay, it was well worth it and we will continue to use […] this hotel while travelling. Read more

"Beautifully Spartan"
This hotel has a Spartan decor, which would work well if they kept up with light replacements. Our unit had two bulbs out, the elevator one, etc. If you want a warm and fuzzy ambiance, this is not for you. A plus is that you can actually read in bed... so many hotels offer dim lighting that doesn't take that into consideration. All in all, a fine h […] otel. Read more
"Review"
For the price the hotel was a good hotel. Was surprised by the hefty overnight parking fee so be aware of that if you need to park a car. It looked like the interior and rooms were recently remodeled and updated so appearance was nice.
"Hilton, Toronto Airport"
Stayed here the night of my wedding and received exceptional service. Staff were pleasant and upgraded our standard room to a suite. No issues at all, will definitely stay here again.
"very clean/quiet, near toronto hotel"
The rooms are great (clean, super quiet, great comfortable beds, nice showers, and all the amenities you'd expect from a 4-star hotel). The staff was excellent, helpful, friendly. One of the better airport hotels I've stayed at, and the price was reasonable considering all of this. Only 2 drawbacks: 1) no wireless in rooms (although there is a free […] wireless area in the hotel lobby) and a $12.95 fee to use ethernet/wired internet. 2) the hotel breakfast was horrible and overpriced. $18 for an egg dish with unrecognizable fried vegetables, I got food poisoning from this meal. The coffee was good, but I would not eat any solid food at this restaurant again. Read more

"Toronto Airport Hilton: ideal for a short stay"
Friendly and efficient. I arrived on an international flight at 23:15, got through immigration and baggage claim in a breeze, had only a few minutes' wait for the hotel bus, and was in my room by midnight. At first I found the room decor a little odd: two beds set end to end with a divider between them, but on reflection this struck me as sensible. […] The surroundings were rather desolate: I had a view of a highway and a cluster of storage tanks. For a short one-night stay, this hardly mattered. At breakfast in the dining room, service was fast and friendly. Read more

"Great Hotel, but strange desk staff early morning."
The hotel was a great place to stay. I spent a bit more money than I would have, but there was a wonderful restaurant on-site, a safe neighborhood, and a large comfortable room. The bathroom door was a little dirty with smudges on it. The headboard was a little dirty as well, but the sheets and the rest of the room was very clean. My only complaint […] is that it states they will do a currency exchange. When I requested this upon check-out, the early morning front desk clerk acted strange as if I was asking him to do something illegal. This made me feel very uncomfortable. In addition, he kept talking around in circles and not being 100% clear, which only added the the confusion when I asked to exchange U.S. dollars for Canadian currency. The more I think about it, the more I realize that he neither was very friendly nor personable. Read more

"Airport hilton"
The pick up area at the airport for the shuttle was quite dinghy. The room itself was quite odd (and I stay in A LOT of hotels i.e with two double beds back-to-back). The hotel is adequate for "airport" one night stays but it would not be suitable for a vacation stay.

"A Very Nice Hotel"
Very good room, serice, and FREE Hotel Shuttle Bus to and from the airport, which was VERY helpful, and it runs 24/7. Best regards, Loren Buddress
"Needs Improvement"
I could hear anyone that was in the hallway and was woken up everytime someone opened or closed a door to another room on the floor. I also was not thrilled about paying for hotel parking.
"LOVELY HOTEL"
GREAT HOTEL.....
"Comfortable Attractive Hotel"
This hotel was very comfortable and amazingly quiet for being in an airport location. No sounds of planes at all. Beds were comfortable, rooms were clean and attractive in a spare, modern way. Would have liked a refrigerator or mini-bar. Lobby was rather stark and not quite as welcoming as the rooms. I was disappointed that the bar did not have my drink […] of choice - amaretto. Food at the bar and restaurant was good. All in all I found my stay at this hotel to be very pleasant and would stay there again. Read more
"Less than your standard hotel package"
While the location and the cleanliness in the hotel was good; the room lacked simple amenities like: - microwave - refrigerator - free internet (their website said they do provide; what they meant was a stand-alone PC with internet in their lobby). With a 1 year old baby, not having microwave-refrigerator was a challenge because I ended up visiting […] main-lobby and using the employees's microwave-refrigerator. Not what you expect from a Hilton. Has a decent pool, gym and bit-expensive-indoor-restaurant. Read more
"Loved the beds"
After traveling over a month in Europe, I was happy to stay in a plush comfortable bed. Great location, close to the airport with a complimentary airport shuttle to and from hotel. Helpful staff, pool and gym. Surrounding area had few options in regards to food.
"Not family friendly"
Felt very out of place when using hotel as holiday base while in Toronto, very much a business hotel.Going through a conference venue to get out dressed in shorts /t-shirt very off putting.Staff on desk slow to deal with us-wear a suit-it's a different matter.Very clean.

"Far away luxuary"
It was a great hotel, but almost impossible to go downtown, no busses or anything convinient
"Decent stay wrong time to go."
There was a dance competition being held during our stay. Kids running down hallways screaming. Paid for JR King suite but ended up with a regular with double beds. Guess that is what you get when it is over booked.
it was just 1 night we got in late from our flight but nice fast check in and very comfortable bed

"Airport Hilton"
Goood hotel, service a little ridgid and only free internet in lobby, why not throughout the hotel? Good value for what we paid and a quick overnight at the airport.

"Outstanding"
Stayed at many airport hotels near Pearson airport, this was the best stay by far. Solid walls (could not hear anything), top notch shuttle service, clean, friendly, free wifi, lobby computers, great black out blinds, the list goes on and on. If you stay here you'll not regret it.

"Great!"
My husband and I stayed here for one night night while we went to a wedding. Super easy to find. Staff was nice and helpful. Room was a good size and really clean as so was the washroom. I would visit again.
