It was in a great location, walking distance to all. Staff was friendly and show you a map of the city upon arrival. They do try to upgrade you if your room is not ready, for a higher price of course. Clean hotel, definitely recommended.

if you are looking for a comfortable hotel near the city center that is priced fairly, this is the one. I have stayed at this hotel several times and each stay has been very good. It is close to the city center and shopping but easy to get to and not too noisy. The staff is friendly and helpful especially the front desk. The rooms are clean, modern […] and business friendly. They could be a little better lit but that is just my taste. One of the few hotels that has a lively night spot attached, you can well and relax without leaving the property. The Frankfurt Hilton delivers on what you'd expect from a big-city, downtown Hilton. Excellent service and facilities. Perfect location for everything you need to do in Frankfurt. The only complaint I have is that given the semi-luxury status of this hotel and the accordingly high prices they charge is a dissapointing policy of chraging for many services […] one would take for granted at a hotel of this caliber. Internet access is not included in the price of your room, a bizarre practice given the modernity of the hotel and its location in the middle of the financial district. You can use the pool at the health club attached to the hotel, but must pay if you want to use the workout machines. It just comes off as cheap and chintzy, out of place at such a fine and well-managed facility. Otherwise, a great hotel and I will return to the Hilton on my next trip to Frankfurt. Read more

This is a beautiful, albeit vey large hotel, in an outstanding location. It is 5 minutes from the walking street and the Alte Oper. Besides, the rates being expensive, you PAY for everything. Breakfast is 33 Euros a person. Only valet parking is available: 27 Euros. Internet connection: 12Euro per hour, 24 Euros per day. The Hotel has a good location near the city shopping on a relatively quiet street. The hotel is near a subway that connects it to the main train station. Be sure to ask for a corner room. they are quiet and out of th main path.

Location is great! You can walk to the financial district to see the skyscrapers and drink in a cocktailbar on a 22nd floor, you're close to the mall and shopping district and great restaurants close by. Breakfast buffet is splendid, friendly staff, modern, fancy, wonderful!

Very central hotel close to the Eschenheimer Tower and within a few minutes of the main shopping street. Many restaurants nearby. We stayed here on the back of a guaranteed 40% reduction in price without knowing which hotel we would get allocated. We bagged an absolute bargain and the quality and service in the hotel made our weekend. The Hilton is in a great location for the City Centre (historical or shopping). Slightly annoying charges for internet and use of fitness facility (a lodger Fitness First franchise). I recently stayed at the Frankfurt Hilton using the Expedia "mystery hotel" feature (which I love). My main concern with the room itself was the renovation they had completed recently and the smell of the construction materials they had used, either some glue or a new rug. This should not have been rented out. Another more important issue were the […] costs for internet access, which were the most overpriced I've seen at over 20 euros/day, or even higher for the minute rates. For comparison, Germany phone (!) data plans are 20 euro/month or less for phone/tablet PC internet access with unlimited data. Alternately, the other Frankfurt hotel where I am now staying at has internet is 25 cents per hour of actual online time used, and is also closer to the trade fair. Read more

This hotel is in a great location especially if you are there to shop, very close to main shopping area. Its a lovely clean hotel, rooms are nice but standard rooms are not very spacious. The gym and pool are great but are open to public so were extremely busy when we were there for the weekend. We had dinner in the hotel one evening and were very disappointed […] with the service. It was very quiet, only a few tables taken but we were all sitting VERY close to others. There was only a foot between us and table of guests next to us. This was very uncomfortable as the restaurant was so quiet. We complained about this but were told that the rest of the restaurant was set up for breakfast and there was nothing they could do. I didn't understand this as how long does it take to re-set a table?! Also asked my husband to reuse cutlery from his starter!!! Defnitely not 5 star service. There is a very good restaurant on the street behind the hotel called buzzanos, i would recommend to go to this instead. Staff at reception were excellent, couldn't say the same of other staff.
