This hotel is very clean and the staff were very polite, the surrounding area is very quiet but everywhere in amsterdam is within walking distance, it was also very easy to find. We had an underground room, which i would urge people not to get, it was reminicent of a dungeon...... but was still very warm and spotlessly clean, would return for a 1 or 2 night stay, probably not any longer. price was very good though

Fantastic hotel. Great location within walking distance of everything yet very quiet. Superior rooms have great balcony views of the city. Would recommend this hotel100%. Quick easy check-in and check-out. Very efficient staff. Room service very reasonable price too.

The location of this hotel is excellent. It is within walking distance of the Dam etc but is located on a quiet street. Everything a Radisson should be with one exception. No ATM machine in the hotel. I travel worldwide and regularly stay at Radisson hotels, and found it a little inconvenient to have to walk to the Dam (10mins in very cold weather) to access an ATM. Other than that a good hotel.

Excellent hotel for anyone attending events at Lucent Theater (right next door) Very central and close to shops etc. A very short walk to main railway station also. Would recommend this hotel without hesitation.

small but decent room - ideal for solo traveller and it was pretty inexpensive - rooms were very clean and very comfortable and service helpful. Right on Rembrantplein so easy to get anywhere in Adam

The Hotel is truly linked to the airport. There are only 2 hotel that does so, the Sheraton & the Hilton for Schiphol AMS Airport. Sheraton is still nearer, The Hilton is about 7 mins walk through a sheltered elevated pleasant walkway. The hotel is modern, new, clean & frontdesk folks were polite & easily found hotels.com reservations. I had a good […] time staying there. Didn't have to dine in hotel for I could simply walk to the airport supermarket to purchase cheeper food & drinks to save on my Euros. Overall I would stay there again as it's 50 Euros or so cheaper compared to Sheraton. However, my only gripe was the Wifi wasn't complimentary. Had to update to a business pkg wherein I did not take it. I rate this hotel 4/5 stars. Read more

"Hilton Schiphol Airport - very h"
Well located hotel that is easy to access directly from the airport. The service was good and accommodating i arrived very early in the morning and it was no problem checking me in to a room. "Small room and bed"
I had booked a King Hilton Guestroom. Unfortunately that is not what we got. The bed and room was one of the tiniest ever - certainly not even queen - at best it was a small double bed. Charging 27 euro for 24 hours of Internet access was also way too much for us to pay. We went to the Sheraton next door where we could get 30 mins of free internet […] access if you spent 5 euro in the bar. Hotel is in need of an update, as an airport hotel is is hard to access from the airport (the walkway ends, you need to go down some rickety stairs or use an elevator that did not work when I tried to use it ). "Hilton - perfectly adequate but nothing special"

"Hilton AMS Schipol, Very convenient for airport."
Covered moving walkways connect to hotel, but with much luggage may be better using hotel shuttle. Room was very warm even with a/c at lowest temp, but fans availabe. Staff very attentive and helpful. Very good bar and restaurant off lobby, which was where good. full hot & cold breakfast is served.

This was so convenient, it was literally a 5 minute walk to the airport. (I think they had a shuttle too, but when facing a 14 hour plane ride.. walking works) The airport also has a food court, clothing stores and grocery store, so you can walk over for food and shopping as well. hotel staff were great, very polite and friendly. The room was not in the best condition. My shower drain hardly worked. At the end of a shower, you were in about 4-6 inches of water.

Perfect for passengers in transit, or business travelers. I wouldn't recommend for those wanting tourist amenities or city center convenience. Meals and bar beverages expensive. Good business center. Helpful professional staff. Convenient and fast airport shuttle service.

Expensive room that was in disrepair. Carpet was filthy, air conditioner didn't work, fridge was broken. What a nightmare for the price paid.

Great airport pickup shuttle service. Very easy to get to downtown and the staff was very helpful getting us older ladies to understand how to get around. Would like to return and spend more time in Amsterdam and would stay at the hotel again.

Hotel personnel were very friendly. Hotel is a bit old but well maintained. The food in the restaurant was excellent, the service from waiters was great, though it took a bit long to get our food.

"Airport Hilton at the airport - 7 minute walk"
The Hilton Amsterdam Airport Schiphol is near the airport, but it is a seven minute walk away. I walked (with my bag) to the hotel. Good to know if you have an early flight. There is a Hilton airport shuttle bus. The desk clerk was not exactly sure when it left. I was lucky for my AM flight, since the shuttle was there at 7:00 AM. Another passenger […] and I rode to the airport which saved time and kept the light rain off of us. My room was small, but nice. Great interactive TV system. Easy to view different channels at once. "Layover to Barcelona"
Beautiful hotel. Courteous staff. Not walking distance from the airport as advertised but the shuttle starts at 5am and was exactly on time. Far from all of the sites but only a shuttle bus and train ride away. I will definitely stay again

"Hilton at the Airpot"
This hotel is exactly what it says on the tin - the HILTON at the AIRPORT. It is literally located at the airport, so it's perfect for people who need to fly out early. It's also the typical Hilton experience. My only complaint is that they charge you extra for everything including internet access.

I was greeted with the biggest smile I have seen in a long time. The staff was super friendly and went out of their way to answer any questions. I had questions about a good dutch restaurant and they helped me choose a good location and even booked a reservation for me. The room was VERY spacious and had a GREAT TV. This Hilton had very poor service. They don't even answer the phone when you call to the front desk (you will end up calling many times before getting someone). They also canceled my room service order mistakenly and I had to call and reorder. By that time they had stopped making french fried (to my dismay). Small point, but the Hilton Schiphol is not connected to the airport by a covered walkway the entire way - the last 150m or so is across the car park, but the rest of the walk to / from the terminal is covered! "Way too expensive"
Extremely costly. Internet, bar and restaurant all very expensive. Not particularly serviceminded staff and rooms in need for refurbishment.

We stayed for one night befor a flight back to the US. Be aware that you do need to walk across the parking lot to an elevator inorder to walk into the terminal with your luggage (cards are provided next to the entrance to the hotel). "Everything was broken!"
My luggage didnt arrive so I decided to stay in and have room service and hand wash my laundry. Once the laundry was wet, i went looking for the room service menu- couldnt find it... I thought maybe I could find it online- no cable.. decided to call the front desk- the phone didnt work. I had to go to the lobby and tell them of the problems. They immediatetly […] moved me but then my room key didn't work.. the internet cable was broken.. just a disaster. My new room said 'Executive Suite" outside of the door so I called to see if I had access to the executive lounge. They said no because I only had the upgrade. ????? Read more

Sure, it's a shuttle ride (or a substantial walk through the skyway), but the hotel is convenient and priced right. The shuttle driver/bellhop was extremely helpful - even got out to help me buy train tickets into Amsterdam. Breakfast was very good. "Air conditioning problem, etc."
Air conditioning in room would not lower temp any lower than 22 degrees C, and when asked about it the hotel brought a fan to our room and supposedly sent maintenance to look at it. When we returned to the room again the A/C still was not functioning properly. Sink in bathroom had rust stains, and no shampoo left in bathroom. Hotel definitely should […] not rate four stars. Breakfast buffet was outstanding though. We have stayed at Sofitel in D.C. which is a four star hotel, and it is a good example of what a four star facility should be. "Good hotel, but not really AT the airport"
My only complaint is that the hotel advertising being "in" in the airport. Not true. It's far enough away that the hotel provides shuttle service to the airport. So, if you're thinking it's worth it to spend the extra money to stay "at" the airport and avoid a shuttle, forget it.

Just 10 minutes walk (indoor) from the airport arrival area to the hotel. Hotel also provides regular shuttle bus service to/from Schipol. Good breakfast.

"Great hotel"
This was a very nice hotel. The bed was very comfortable. The room was nicely decorated. The restaurant is expensive. Just walk to the airport terminal and get a sandwich in one of the restaurants for a lot less. Or take the train to town. It's only 3.40 euros and it comes regularly.
