Took out of town family to spend belated holiday weekend.The pillow cases had hair on them..food box shoved beside the bed...no running hot water from sink faucet....personal toiletry items found in drawer. Very disappointed with our stay. Informed receptionist of these things and she was very courteous. She took my name and number but manager never called us back. I feel we should have gotten a refund.

This hotel was not a bad place to stay if you will be there only in passing but if you want a place that has a good amount of amenities with comfortable beds then you may want to choose a different place to stay. Staff was friendly!

Older hotel. Fairly nice rooms for it to be so old. Great location, we were able to walk everywhere on the strip and didn't need our car once. Room was clean. Very good experience overall. Definitely worth the price. Great price for what you get. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. We were on a budget and we would stay here again.

They have customer service set-up but its a company that ends up after you purchase tickets that you have to go to a 90 minute presentation. They say you don't have to buy anything. Don't believe them its a new way of marketing timeshares. Luckily we put up a stink and got our money back but they would not give us the tickets even after we purchased them. Its a total mis-direction of the facts and we ended up wasting an hour of our time when we said we didn't want any of that. They want to sell you so bad they will say anything so if you want to spend your time getting sold on the new lifetime membership of timeshares go for it but it will cost you money. Overall the hotel is outdated but the rooms were fine for the low price.

Our room was next to the road. Very noisy. Room was clean. Breakfast was a carb lovers dream buffet. Doughnuts, bagels, waffles, sugary cereal... Parking lot was a nightmare and you could easily get blocked in. Pool was used the whole weekend. One of the desk employees was very sloppy and bordered on offensively rude. You get what you pay for.

Not a place I would stay at again. Breakfast was simple and only one fruit and limited other items to eat. Not enough electrical sockets and mountings were loose. Toilet was not secured to the floor properly. Balcony furniture was dirty and old.

Since we were only staying one night in Gatlinburg en route to our true destination, we were willing to stay at a less expensive hotel in order to be in the heart of downtown. At that price, we didn't expect much, and yet we were still disappointed. The clerk at check-in was obviously flustered and couldn't handle it when people were waiting in line to check in. The hotel is in desperate need of remodeling. The first room they gave us had a toilet tank leaning so far forward that you couldn't even sit down. Kudos to her for being so accommodating when we asked to move to another room. The second one was better, but still, there was a crack in the ceiling plaster, a burn hole in the bedding (in a non-smoking room), crumbling grout in the bathroom and a rubber bathmat split down the center.

After reading the reviews we were a little skeptical about this hotel, we arrived at three o clock pm parked the car and were greeted by a friendly girl at the front desk and quickly checked in. we were given a parking pass by another girl selling passes to shows and were told if we needed any directions she would be glad to help us. No hard sell. We went to the room 316 and everything was clean and in working order. The only thing I could find wrong was the tub drained slow and the lid for the toilet tank didn't match the toilet, both non issues.

We were there for 3 nights, Had Breakfast every morning consisting of Bisquits and Gravy. There were also Pastries, coffee, toast , Bagel's, juice etc. The rooms were clean and neat, with fresh linen's.

The hotel is in dire need of renovations! The bathroom had peeling paint on the ceilings, chunks of missing tile, and the drain was clogged. The worst aspect was parking; the spots are arranged in such a way that, when the lot was full, we couldn't get out! The front desk attendant offered to "try to see if the other guests were in their rooms" so they could move their cars (this was on Saturday night when NO ONE was in their room). If you park, plan to stay. On second thought, DON'T plan to stay.

It is an older motel but is clean & the staff was very nice & friendly. The outlets need to be replaced. Our room was located near a local business so around 5:30 am it was a little noisy due to the garbage trucks but the motel has no control over the schedule.Loved the location. Overall, the hotel wasn't terrible but I was very disappointed. While the room was clean, it was very out-dated. The beds were comfortable but the pillows needed replacing. For the price paid for a room here I could have gotten a whole cabin for a little more. The location was nice as it was within walking distance to downtown Gatlinburg, yet far enough that you were away from most of the commotion.

This is by far one of the worst Hotels I have ever stayed in. The room was dirty with dead flies in the window sill. There were several lights that did not work,including the bathroom! The breakfast area is way to small for the number of guest. The food was cold and bread and biscuits were stale to say the least. it was so bad we left a day early just to get away from the discusting conditions. We had to unplug the clock and microwave so we could plug in the chargers for our cell phones, My advise is LET THE BUYER BEWARE

The hotel is in a great location, you can walk to just about everything in downtown Gatlinburg. The room smelled, the frig did not work, and the air condition was not cold. The breakfast was ok but they did not have any healthy. No oatmeal, no yogurt, and the only fruit was a small orange. Not planning on staying here again.

The parking was very limited and 3 tour buses took up most of the parking. The facility was run down, carpets stained, etc. The sink in the main room made it hard not to disturb the rest that were sleeping yet.

Excellent location. Rooms are clean. Slightly rundown. Mediocre breakfast. Tub drained slowly and you were standing in water up to your ankles by the time your shower was finished. Oval toilet seat on a round toilet. They over booked their jacuzzi rooms and wanted me to take a standard room. I would have gladly done so, except they wouldn't refund any money. The lady that worked afternoons was pleasant and helpful as were the guys but the first shift lady was rude.

The staff was less than cordial and far from pleasant. When we had trouble with our toilet flushing we were told we could either wait for the maintenance man to come in or we could come to the desk and get the plunger. The room was clean, but had no comfortable chairs to sit in. Only two chairs that went with the small dinette table. The hotel is old and is in need of remodeling. If all you want is a place to lay your head at night (not necessarily on clean sheets) then this is your place. If you want a room with modern, more comfortable setting then you need to find another hotel. The breakfast area was small and very cramped. The breakfast selections were limited.

Check in was easy, room was ready. The front desk staff was nice, but housekeeping not pleased with them. Our room was clean when we checked in, had a smell in it though that I just couldn't get out with spray, after the first day housekeeping replaced towels and made bed that was it. On our 2nd day there housekeeping striped the bed, they took my personal pillow with it ( small brown travel pillow, no mistaking it for one of theirs) I told the front desk, they said they asked housekeeping, they never found it. I believe that housekeeping NEVER looked for it. never got my pillow back, very upset about that and the fact they just didn't want to clean the room very good. Breakfast was ok, biscuit, gravy, waffles, cereal , toast, etc... but we will not be booking at this hotel again.

Check in was easy. Booked with Expedia so we just printed out the paperwork and showed it to the front desk and we were good to go. The room wasn't bad for the price we paid. Had I paid full price I would have been quite disappointed but as I said , booked with Expedia so we were able to stay 3 nights cheaper than we could have 2 at full price. The room was fine except for a couple of things.The heater was LOUD! At night when it would kick on, it was a rude awakening. Not just the blower being loud, but it rattled like someone dropped something in it and it was rolling around in there. Also, everything seemed to be clean, but my wife went to get a shower and inspected it before getting in and noticed a big was of hair in the corner of the shower. Pretty gross. I don't know how that got missed during cleaning, but it did. We never tried the free continental breakfast. The hair clump in the shower killed my wife's faith in the hotel from that point, so we just went out. The location is pretty good if you can look past the shortcomings. Close to lots of shops and food options. We try to pick a place within walking distance to places we plan to go, and this hotel was good for that. All in all, for the price paid, I was OK with it. My wife was less than pleased, but she is more picky about these things than I am. As I said earlier though, had I paid the hotels asking price on their website and had the room we did, I would have been more ticked than she was.

Overall this motel is just okay. The service is terrible. As we were checking in, I asked if a crib was available. I was told by the clerk that there may be one available, but it was probably in bad condition. He said he would check. About two hours later I asked if he had found one. He told me no but he would check another place. I purchased a crib the next day myself. The room was pretty clean except for the shower curtain. The shower curtain was dirty and needed replaced. And the restrooms are very small.

Fixtures were coming out of walls, heater smelled terrible, cable was sketchy at best. When it completely went out on the last night of our stay the man who came to "fix" it was intoxicated and reeked of alcohol. Never again!

This hotel needs a complete remodel. Definitely NOT worth the cost per night. I am glad that I only booked one night because there are numerous hotels on the Parkway in Gatlinburg. The room was outdated, dirty and smelled musty and old. Exposed pipes were visible under the bathroom sink. Mildew was on the ceiling and the shower walls. The bathroom light was missing the fixture and the mirror trim was corroding and discoloring. The chair had stains and left over food on it. The morning breakfast consisted of mostly sweets. They offered make your own waffles, pastries, doughnuts, and sweet cereal. Cold biscuits with gravy was also a choice. There were a few apples and oranges, but the oranges looked like they had been there for a while. There was no one there to clean the tables or food area other than the person at the front desk that was busy doing other things. I will not stay there again nor would I recommend anyone else to stay there.

The hotel was what I had expected for the price. It was adequate with the basic essentials. I booked a room with two kids but was put in a room with no bathtub and no way to bath my kids. My room was changed the next day without incident.

Staff was great! They were very helpful and knowledgeable! Very convenient to downtown shops! Very clean rooms. Great for a family of four!
