Nice place to stay if you're in town on business - close to everything, clean, and very pleasant staff. And easy on the budget of a non-profit.

Overall it was a good experience, the service was excellent and the cleanliness of my room was great. I was not happy with the pool being out of service and certain areas of the hotel smelled like cat urine.

This hotel was very clean, the room was large, the location was convenient. Breakfast was impressive and the manager's reception was unexpected. Everything about this experience was positive. Will stay here next time I am in town

Very dumpy hotel. Staff not very helpful.
Very nice place, clean, and very friendly. Loved the pool and hot tub. Kids really enjoyed their stay as well.

"great for kids"
While much of the hotel could use a little updating, the rooms were nice and comfortable. Bed and pillows were new and comfortable, and room was very clean. Bathroom was very clean but is the only part of the room that hadn't been updated yet. Hotel is super kid friendly with the indoor pool in the center of the hotel along with arcade games, pool table […] and air hockey table. My kids were in heaven. Very nice hotel. Walking distance to eating places. Wendys, Cici's, others. Across the street from Walmart Supercenter.
There is nothing special with this hotel. This was our third stay. We like this hotel because it's close to the places we visit in Conway. We usually have breakfast at the Waffle House that is just across the road. I had asked for a room inside, but didn't get one. This time it was just because it would be a lot cooler inside. But if I had traveled […] alone I would not have liked to have a room on the outside of the hotel. I booked the room over a week before our stay so I think it should have been possible to get a room inside. Apart from that we were happy with our stay. Read more
