Manager very considerate, friendly and accomodating. Excellent WIFI services, pool was very clean at all times and was large and awesome. Manager was having trouble with hot tub getting hot enough and all the jets working due to electrical problems beyond his control. The manager was very beligerent when we inquired about the time that breakfast was served. The coffee cups in our room was not sealed for sanitation. No decaf coffee in room. No refrigerator and when I ask about it the manager said we only had a standard room of which we were not informed of lack of equipment in the room we were assigned. It was really nice. The kids loved the pool. Our bed was a little one sided-felt like I was going to fall out of it on the right side but otherwise it was comfortable. Hotel was very quite at night. Staff was very helpful with what to see and where to eat certain foods. Did not like the breakfast you offered at all. Had nothing the kids would eat.

Stayed there because they said they had a pool and Hot tub juzzcuzi, well it was out of order. Very dissappointed. They were working on it when we left. Next time I will make sure.

Bed was too firm. Last motel on the north of town. Manager and staff very friendly. The room was large. The motel was a little dated but very clean.

Wasn't pleased at all. Strange smell in the room the first day. Second day housekeeping didn't show up until late in the afternoon. Also, no assistance with getting on line with the WiFi. The attendant acted as if we should know how to get on line and all he gave us was a phone number.

Although the hotel is close to many attractions in Eureka Springs, it was quite a distance to the convention center. My husband is presently wheelchair bound. The room was not very wheelchair friendly. The hotel manager was very friendly & helpful.

This place was clean and the manager was very nice. The continental breakfast was only cold cereal and coffee though. But we stayed during the off season so that could have been why. In town for a funeral, so only stayed one night.

The bed was very hard; neither myself or my wife could sleep well on it. The website (hotels.com) did state pets were allowed but did not state a pet deposit was required. When we arrived there was a sign at the reservation desk stating pets are not allowed, but if you have one to let them know, which we did. We then learn their was a $10 per pet per […] night deposit, which we were not prepared for. Also the brochure in the room indicated the start and ending time for breakfast. A note where breakfast was served had different start and ending times which made it frustrating. Did not show good organization or management. Was disappointed with our stay. Read more

We were too far away fro the action of corvette weekend, but the room was really clean. Mattresses could have been a little softer and they really need a mini fridge and microwave in each room! The fridge and microwave was my only complaint other than not close to the action.

Not ever staying at this hotel before I was not sure what to expect. We had a very comfortable stay. Our room was clean and thankfully no bed bugs. The only thing I did not like was the sink was not closed off from the room.

The management was horrible. They were rude. After I had already paid online the foreign manager who I could not understand tried to get me to pay again. I will definitely be keeping an eye on my credit card statement to make sure I'm not charged twice. When we entered the room it STUNK!!! The area around this hotel was bad, an abandoned restaurant next door with weeds everywhere. The hotel itself was clean. The rooms were clean. The manager was rude when we had a problem with the wi-fi. There are many nicer places in Eureka to stay, I just wouldn't suggest this place.

pro- it was cheap and clean. Not much more to expect. Notice on the map where it is in relation to downtown, but also notice the change in pricing as you get closer. con- the hot tub was barely warm

This hotel is comfortable and a good value, not fancy, but ok. The owner is very nice, and we loved that they had free internet access. We had one issue with our room and the owner took care of it right away. We would stay there again if we returned, great price.

We found this motel very clean, friendly, comfortable and management accommodating to any request. It's location is just outside of town which helped with privacy and the noise level, but was still very convenient .
