Close to Space Needle and Pacific Science Museum. Breakfast and dinner included everyday, very spacious, close to water and park. Includes kitchenette with stove and frig. Would do again anytime! Loved it!

The staff was friendly and polite. Our room was awesome overlooking the bay and close to Seattle center. The walk is steep but, it beats paying 25.00 for parking. I will be there again in 1 month. Best location Ive stayed in in Seattle.

We loved the hotel! The room was huge and we loved the amenties. Great service. We didn't like finding out we had to pay for parking. We were able to find a spot on the street the first night, but it was such a hassle and we parked in the garage after that.

The stay was great. However, upon arrival the computer system was down. It took 20 to 30 minutes to get us checked in. This delay made us miss part of the first act. All the staff trying to communicate & work together was not good, they appeared to not trust each other or want to do the work, additionally at this location from the front counter the […] customer can see into the break room. Our family of five enjoyed our stay here in a suite with a kitchen. It was roomy, comfortable and clean. They provided a roll-away bed free of charge. We had a "bay view" on the 4th floor but because the hotel is set back we mostly saw buildings and traffic. The staff was very helpful. The hot breakfast buffet was good. Hotel staff was very helpful and accommodating. The hotel is within walking distance to the Space Needle and the other attractions of Seattle City Center. The room was clean and so was the eating area for breakfast. The breakfast was the typical hotel hot breakfast. You get what you pay for. We will stay here again the next time we go to the area.

visiting Seattle for the 1st time Homewood Suites Downtown was a great place to stay. We stayed 6days, we found several grocery stores nearby that made it very easy to pick up somethings to have in the room. The staff was very helpful & friendly. Even though offical check in is 4pm, we were able to check in at 10am. The 1.5mile walk to the waterfront […] was on a lovely lite walkway along the water, & always felt very safe walking all over town. Would definately stay there again & recommend it to families. Breakfast buffet was pretty standard & mon-thurs they offer a dinner buffet. Did not eat the dinner buffet, since we usually were not back to the hotel in time (5-7pm) but peaked at it one night & looked good. Close to Space Needle, EMP & Science Muesums & Monorail. We had a very enjoyable stay. The hotel property was about 3 blocks to Seattle Center and about a mile from Pikes Market. Almost any part of downtown is walk-able from the hotel or a very short cab ride. It has easy access to the park along the waterfront and I did some nice walks along the water everyday. An added bonus is on Monday thru Thursday they also provide an evening meal. Not just a snack but a meal with salad, main course, a vegetable and free beer and wine. I was here for a combo business and family trip with my daughter. The note was great for us. Good rate, clean, good breakfast. Nothing fancy but its close to parks, Queen Anne which is really nice, Seattle Center and downtown. Overall a great spot if you can get a good deal.

The stay was just ok but they had property under their hotel and they charged $20 a night to park on their own property. How does this make any sense what so ever. I will tell all my friends and family not to stay there!

My family and I had a great stay at homewood suites. Our room was clean and the king bed was amazingly soft. The hotel was very close to Seattle center but on a quiet street with plenty of parking. I would recommend to everyone.

The rooms are very large which is perfect when you have little kids (they can nap in the bedroom while you sit and chat in the living room of the suite). Very close to the Key Arena and not too far from the activities along the waterfront. The room was a suite with all the items needed for cooking and a regular sized refrigerator. There was an excellent breakfast in the morning--well worth it not to have to find somewhere to eat.
