They did not give me room with double bed as I paid for, instead I got two small uncomfortable beds. WiFi did not work the first day, it wasn't fixed until noon next day, when their IT guy came by. The only negative thing that sticks in my mind is a trip to the Gym. Personnel could not be found on serveral occations. They did not bother turning on the Sauna or Steam rooms. You had to make an appointment for them. Food was good at breakfast. No shopping close to the hotel.

Sadly just an over night stop over. But a good hotel I'd recommend to anyone, close to shopping and restaurants and cafes. We found a great price deal, for what could be an expensive hotel. Clean, spacious room and modern furnishings throughout the hotel. And a great sea view! A hotel I'd definitely book again!

A few words which mean a lot: for me this is the best hotel in Malta. Everytime I stayed there I was always very satisfied. For those who seak nightlife the hotel is situated just a 2 minute walk away from the first bars so it's ideal.

The Vivaldi isn't a four star hotel as stated. I stayed there for a week and that was too long. It would be ok for a night or two but not for longer stays. The food in the hotel is substandard as is the wifi which costs €35 for a week.

Golden Tulip Vivaldi Hotel er, som det står i overskriften,ganske udmærket. Der er fine faciliteter, god service og det er tæt på det meste. Vi savnede et par ting ved vores ophold, som i vores optik ikke helt er standarden for et firestjernet hotel. Hotellet bærer lidt præg af manglende vedligehold og kunne godt trænge til en grundig gennemgang. Morgenmadsbuffetten […] er fin, hvis man ser bort fra drikkevarerne. Et firestjernet hotel bør have frisk, kold juice og ordentlig kaffe, men begge dele var altså til tider ikke drikkelig. På taget ligger hotellets pool - en fin lille pool, men lidt grundigere daglig rengøring savnes, da den i 35-40 graders varme er flittigt benyttet. Hotellet ligger et stykke vej fra Valletta, men med det offentlige er man der i løbet af 20 min, hvis trafikken tillader det. Hotellet ligger tilmed tæt på bydelen Paceville, som er Maltas svar på Jomfru Ane Gade, hvis man er til den slags. Fra hotellets lobby kan man mod betaling booke plads på en af de mange sightseeing ture. Der er tilmed transport fra hotellet til kundepunktet, hvorfra turene starter. Personalet er yderst hjælpsomt og tager sig gerne tid til at svare på ens spørgsmål. Alt i alt et fint hotel for alle, som desværre ikke scorer topkarakter, da der mangler de sidste småjusteringer. Hotel situato nella zona centrale di St Julians, sia vicino alla spiaggia che alla vita notturna. Adatto a tutti, soprattutto ai giovani sia in coppia che in gruppo. Non si sentono rumori dato che ci sono i doppi vetri e che l'hotel è situato nelle immediate vicinanze della vita notturna ma non sulla via principale della confusione. La camera, l'armadio […] e il bagno sono grandi, il letto è molto spazioso e ci sono tutti i tipi di comfort. L'unica pecca è la terrazza che è praticamente inesistente. Il personale è gentile e quasi tutti parlano l'italiano. Nel complesso è un ottimo hotel che consiglierei a chi decidesse di andare a Malta, sia per riposarsi che per divertirsi e girare l'isola. Questo è sicuramente uno dei pochi vantaggi, dato che l'hotel in realtà non merita appieno le quattro stelle vantate. Ho trascorso 8 notti al Golden Tulip Vivaldi di San Julian's, in Malta, con la mia ragazza; per il poco tempo che solitamente si trascorre in hotel durante una vacanza, per il basso prezzo pagato per il soggiorno e per la decente colazione a buffet, non mi sto mordendo le mani. Tuttavia, le condizioni dell'hotel lasciavano a desiderare; errori della […] reception nella gestione del ceck-in, ascensori out of order, smagnetizzazione ripetuta delle chiavi della camera, odore della moquette della camera che lasciava intuire una forte vecchiaia ed usura, presentazione della camera il primo giorno non proprio in buono stato. Inoltre, a mio modesto parere, un minimo di selezione della clientela non guasterebbe; vedere ragazzini che mangiano caramelle sputacchiandole in giro sulle poltrone e comitive di ragazzini di 16 anni in vacanza che schiamazzano per la hall girando semi-nudi, non fa altro che incidere ulteriormente negativamente sull'immagine e la reputazione dell'hotel, visto che quello che viene venduto viene anche spacciato come "di classe". Ho trascorso un weekend lungo con la mia ragazza a Malta presso questo hotel. La location è decisamente buona soprattutto per chi ama la vita notturna (praticamente tutti i locali sono a max 5 minuti a piedi incluso il casinò al Westin Dragonara) e la camera sufficientemente spaziosa, il problema è che per 3 giorni non hanno mai cambiato le lenzuola, […] solo all'ultimo giorno su mio complaint, francamente non capisco come possano dare queste istruzioni alle housekeepers. Il buffet colazione tutto sommato è ben fornito, la palestra è piccola e con un solo attrezzo per pettorali (poi due bikes e due tapis roulant, due bilanceri e fine della storia, tra l'altro senza nessuno a controllare e ad aiutare qualora ci fosse necessità.Piscina piccola ma carina, sul tetto ci si può stare bene e fà anche da solarium se siete interessati.
