This hotel is immiediately adjacent to the terminal. It is an excellent option for the night before your flight. Staff if friendly, amenities are fine, internet is free. The "neighborhood" is a parking structure - its only negative.

The staff were very helpful, and even allowed me to check in at 9am when I arrived from the airport. The bed is incredibly comfortable. This hotel is not in the city centre, but it is very well located to reach by car (they have a small car park) and to go from towards the centre since there is a subway station practically across the street. Hotel clean and very appealing. Breakfast staff wonderful, helpful with cheerful disposition. Reception staff embarrassingly woeful. Disinterested and hostile with a bad attitude. Either they need urgent training or better, clean them out and replace with new personnel. Be warned!!

Stayed the first night of our trip at the hotel and as I only speak broken German it was a god send that all the staff spoke excellent English and had good knowledge of the local area which included several Restaurants and bars. 2 minute walk from the brilliant underground train system and a few interesting local sights to walk to. On our arrival there […] was a sign on the bed saying it was custom made for the hotels, which I scoffed at. However after sleeping on it for 8 hours I can admit they're right to be proud of them. Lovely nights sleep. Only slight complaint is that there was no tea or coffee in the room and had to ask for it at reception (an oversight by the maid) but that is the only real complaint I can find about this hotel. One of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. If I ever go back to Hamburg it will be to this hotel. Read more

Problem besteht leider bei den nicht gerade günstigen Parkplätzen am Hotel. Trotz Buchung eines Parkplatzes wird nach 23 Uhr die Suche nach einem freien Platz zum Lotteriespiel.

da vi ankom spurgte vi om hvor vi kunne pakere, vi fik den besked de havde en pakerings plads når vi skulle køre fik vi en polet i receptionen. vi fik af vide vi ikke havde bestilt morgenmad blev spurgt om vi ville have dette med for 10€ det sage vi ja til. Da vi så skulle afleverede nøglekortet fik vi en regning som vi også regnede med men regningen […] lød på morgenmad til 18€ pr. person hvor vi regnede med 10€. På regningen var der også et pakerings afgift på 12€ pr. døgn, dette havde vi ikke fået noget af vide om. Men vi betalte og kørte hjem. Værelset var dejligt men vi kommer ikke på det hotel når man ikke får ordenligt besked omkring priserne vedr. morgen mad og pakering. Vi kan derfor ikke anbefale det til andre. Read more

Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr sehr freundlich. Das Zimmer war etwas zu sehr abgenutzt. Abgeplatzte Türrahmen und Waschbecken. Die Toilettenbrille war wohl früher mal weiß. Me parecio muy lejos del aeropuerto y no hay aire acondicionado no pude dormir nada por el calor y si abria la ventana habia muchisimo ruido definitivamente no regresaria a este hotel.

wunderbar für einen sightseeing urlaub, die nah gelegene s-bahn haltestelle von gerade einmal zwei minuten fußweg. wir ein paar von mitte zwanzig waren sehr froh dort gewesen zu sein, da uns das personal durch anfänglichen startschwierigkeiten gut in die stadt gebracht hatte. sehr zufrieden immer gerne wieder
