The room was basic, but very clean, and had everything I needed for my one night stay, my only complaint would be that the bed was uncomfortable. But I only had to walk across the parking lot to get to the airport check in.

The rooms are very clean and comfortable and the service is awesome. I would have given it a perfect 5 except the water pressure in the shower was very poor. The room our friend was in had the same problem. Also....there is a noise...a boiler maybe? that if you stay on the back side of hotel it wakes you up and runs from 6 am to 10 am and is quite loud. We read about this in the reviews in room 2 and we also had it in our room. The service was awesome and the bed and room were very comfortable. The bar is open at night and the deskclerks are great about getting you anything you would like to drink from the bar. The rooms are VERY clean!!!

Stayed one night in March, room only. Nice, spacious room with all facilities - tea and coffee, hair-dryer, iron, decent telly, toiletries. Lovely, quiet location. The pool next door (free use for guests) is a good size and nicely heated, though changing facilities were cramped and no private showers.

Stayed for a week whilst working locally on Kidderminster. The hotel is in a good location being very close to Kidderminster and Bewdley but in a peaceful and tranquil spot. Room itself was spacious and very clean, can't complain at all. Gym and Pool facilities are a great bonus!

The hotel was generally as good as any other chain hotel, however it was quite expensive in terms of food and drink. There was a wedding reception taking place during my stay, the music from which I could hear very clearly from my room until 12 midnight.

a nice welcoming hotel. Very spacious which was great. Also they were family friendly without seeming to try. we were very happy there and will definitely stay again if we are up that way. The restaurant is a bit overpriced for what it offers but that said the food was good and we would eat in it again. Others have said the decor is bit outdated and […] it is but it is kept in good condition and I doubt I would have noticed had others not mentioned it. Really, really happy with the staff. All employees we encountered were very helpful and pleasant. They were also patient with my children (3 and 4) who insisted on asking their own questions. Nice and peaceful hotel with great grounds.
