I was not disappointed in any way. The location was easy to get to and a magnificient view from the room of Niagara Falls set the tone for the whole weekend. Dinning was great and service was above my expectations. What more can I say.

great hotel with phenomenal service from the front desk staff. i noticed there were no robes in our room and mentioned it to the front desk as we left to visit the falls just so they were aware and i wouldnt get charged for them. i told them i really didnt need them. when we came back, there were 2 robes in the room, fresh cookies on the desk, new chocolates on the headboard, the bed was remade, and there was a hand-written note. could not have been happier with the stay

Although we didn't spend very much time at the hotel, the staff called to see if we needed anything and they delivered. The beds were comfy, bathroom roomy and nice TV. The free breaky the next morning was good and better than most others I have had.

Ramada Niagara Falls is located in Niagara Falls, Ontario, Canada, 2 blocks from the IMAX Theater. Niagara Fallsview Casino stands less than 3 blocks away, and Niagara Falls and Clifton Hill entertainment are less than 1 kilometer from the hotel.

Our stay was very pleasant. Brian the front desk person was very helpful and pleasant. He upgraded our room which had a microwave and a refrigerator especially since we had our little ones which made it more economical if you know what I mean. The only thing that I think the hotel needs to add on is that they need to put more information e.g pamphlets […] brochures in the rooms or have a concierge so it can inform guests on the attraction sites that they can visit in Niagara. "great stay"
We stayed at the Ramada for 2 nights.. and had a great experience, The hotel was clean. and we had a great room on the 8th floor with a good city view. The rooms where clean and the hotel was quiet. it is close to the falls and clifton hill. we had an awesome experience and would definately stay there again!
"Clean and Comfortable"
We went to a concert at the casino and stayed at this hotel. We got a king room with the jacuzzi just so we can unwind and relax after the concert. We got to the room and tried the jacuzzi right away. We had a problem. The water was filling up from the bottom of the tub. We immediately called down to see if that was normal. We were told someone would […] be up to check it. We waited for about 30 minutes and called down again. At this time we where told that the guy was on his way up. We waited another 30 minutes and still no one came to check the tub. My finace' went down to the front desk and inquired and was told that maintenance was on break. We then told the desk that the jacuzzi did not work at all; after we got the tub filled, the jets would not work. So after an hour, we finally got our room changed to another king jacuzzi suite. "Clean, convenient, and comfortable"
The Ramada in Niagara Falls is awesome. Close enough that it is near all the sights, but far enough away that the price is reasonable. The jacuzzi tub is absolutely amazing and the front desk staff is so friendly. Alicia is phenomenal!
"Ramada Inn Niagara Falls - place just to sleep"
The hotel was clean and reasonably priced. If your looking for a place just to sleep its great. It was within a quick walk to the casino and cliffton hill. If you're looking for luxury go elsewhere, the hotel is out dated.

This is the other party, when we arrived at 2:45 room wasn't going to be ready until 4pm. The room Karen had flies in it and she got bit several times on her arm. When she told the front desk about it they more or less told her it was her fault because she had a balcony. Meanwhile she did not open the balcony door the flies were in the room when they […] arrived. They did not advise us that we would be charged to park every day. the convinience of the hotel is excellent, is clean, the service is great, but they should change the way they charge people for parking, if you are staying in a hotel parking should be included, i paid $12.00 per day to park in the hotel i was stayin, other than that the hotel is excellent.
"check your bags when leaving"
We found cockroaches in our room twice, so we checked our belongings very carefully when we were ready to leave. The location is within easy walking distance to everywhere you'll want to visit, except Marineland is 1 mile away, so we drove there.

Ramada Niagara Falls has terrific location that is close to all the best sites in the area. It gives one value for his money since it is not as pricey as hotels in front of the falls, but it is 5 minutes off everything at a very affordable price!

The elavatore smelled like beer. The I Hop resturant is too expensive for breakfast we went else where. Room was clean. Last year the shuttle was free this year we had to pay.$12.00 to park was outrages. we stayed there last year and parking was less.

I was so close to all the attractions areas, I did not pay any money for transportation. Everything was fine, the hotel is clean, my sons asked me to take another trip over there because they really enjoyed the indoor pool. One negative thing when you called the front desk , they take too long to respond. Excellent place to stay.
Very nice hotel . Clean rooms. Grate rate. Professional staff. Not far to the Falls. Amoung what you need of others beside the stay. The only hotel I saw in Canda not charge me EXTRA if paid in US Dollar. I am happy to got this hotel.

"Ramada on Stanley St. - Niagra Falls - close falls"
The bathroom had black mold on shower walls, hair in the bath tub. We were given a care package when we arrived and were not told we would be charged $16.00. This is not a lot of money, but the principal of again being taken because we were tourists. We did not use the shuttle in the care package. We were not given a choice as to whether we wanted […] the package or not, we thought it was complimentary, otherwise we would not have taken it. The beds looked rumpled and not presentable as I thought they would be The restaurant service was poor and the prices way too high for simple coffee scrambled eggs and english muffin, no fruit, no extras 19.00 for one person. The staff was very helpful and the hotel was quiet and clean. It was within walking distance of the falls. Skip the IHOP in the hotel and go to the Italian Bakery that is 2 minutes walk on Ferry Street.

the beds were not really comfortable. the location is relatively at a walking distance to the falls. the shuttle bus starts late for early risers like me. the front desks people were very nice and polite. having the ihop rest. very convenient.

"Nice Hotel, Centrally located"
Hotel was nice, clean and comfortable. More importantly, it is walking distance to all local tourist areas. We were also able to walk to the U.S. side of the Falls in less than 20 minutes. Quick note, the IHOP in the hotel is quite over-priced. Highly suggest walking a few blocks away for some better and more affordable breakfast options

1. Rude staff : inspite of having a guaranteed room (fully paid for), we were told that we are lucky to get a room that night. They were aware that the roads were jammed for close to 4 hours from the border to the hotel.they insisted that we should have called and they were under no obligation to hold the room. The Hotel was ok. But their beds,tv,remote were not. The bed was uncomfortable and the tv and remote did not wok very well. They should stop charging for parking. I stayed there one night rented a car and left for the US, I came back to stay for another 4 nights and I couldn't take the car back on Sunday because the rental place was closed. So because […] they have a free shuttle they charge you for parking. There is no place to park on the street. "Simple things could have made this stay better."
While I would not say this is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in, the Ramada at Niagara Falls was also far from the best. We knew it wasn't a 4 star hotel but there were just a few things that could have made the stay much better. The chairs in our room were really gross, stained and stuffing falling out. They were the only thing in the room that […] was dirty but it gave the whole room a grungy feel. Also the front desk staff wasn't very helpful. I asked about exchange rate for USD and the woman didn't know and made NO effort to find out, she just told me to find a bank. And then later that day we tried to get on the shuttle after I had asked that same woman about the attraction shuttle and what we needed to take it and the driver told us we needed a pass (which we were never given) and the driver held the shuttle for us while we had to go back to the front desk and get it. The shuttle drivers are great! Overall our Niagara Falls experience was a great one, but it wasn't because the Ramada was a great hotel. Read more

Overall good one. The check in time can be improved. worth for the Money except the additional charge for the parking. Instead they can cut the free shuttle to attractions which is not at all worth waiting for it. Why we need shuttle if all attractions are walkable? Every thing shuttle covers is walkable.

"Close to everything without being over priced"
Rooms were clean. Close to all the sights and places to go out. Just a short walk. The views aren't great but it is cheaper for that reason.
