We had a good stay at the Sheraton. The hotel has an excellant location right on the beach and we had a balcony overlooking the ocean. This is what was important to us. The room was just okay but clean. This hotel does not have a party scene; more for families. Very quiet.

This is a motel at hotel prices. The carpet was stained and I didn't feel like I wanted to touch it with my bare feet. The room I was in had a view of a roof. The room was one of the smallest rooms I have been in and was very outdated. The location is decent as it is on Collins and not too far from anything. Valet is $29 a day which is on the high side […] for hotel valets. The one good thing is checkout was supposed to be at 11am and I didn;t leave until close to 1pm and nobody really bothered me. I was attending a conference at the Eden Roc and was too late to get a room there. The Four Points Sheraton was just a few minute walk away - how bad could it be? Well, jusy keep your expectations low. Yes, it is on the beach, that is good. The boardwalk to South Beach is right there, that is good. The room, however, felt like a cell. Old furniture, […] cultured stone sink, disgusting toiletries (and the shampoo, conditioner and body wash were in little pump stations in the shower - gross). The restaurant - disgusting. The free coffee and tea in the lobby, that was actually quite passable. And the pervasive odor throughout the hotel - smelt like strong cleaning products. The staff, on par with a barely three star hotel, heavily accented English, not polished personal appearances. Would try hard not to go there again. Read more

This was a good hotel. It is located right next to the Fontainebleau and SoHo Beach House. There is not much in the way of food around the area if your simply in town for business get delivery or go to the fontainebleau for dinner. They should not charge $10 for beach chairs on the beach in front of Four Points. It should be included.

This is renovation of a old hotel. Regarding for the price of the hotel compare to it's location, it's worthy. If you would like to have a budget hotel with direct access to the beach, this is the choice.

I would definetly recommend this hotel ..other than the front desk staff that was rude to me by calling me outside of my name because of a misunderstanding on the hotels part. In my opinion they need to have a little more courtesy and patience with their guest.

VERY BAD Hotel .. never go back there... this hotel need a big time upgrade... everything is OLD and SMELL OLD TOO... The only thing good about this hotel is the location ... ahhh ... if you want to use the umbrellas and chairs on the beach you need to pay there, so bring your walet to the beach... :-( VERY VERY BAD ... NEVER AGAIN...

I would not recommend this hotel for numerous reasons I could not sleep as the noise levels were unbearable. The bathroom was way too small.

The hotel lobby was updated however the rooms are not. The staff was very helpful and the location was great. Pool area not impressive at all but you can walk over to Fountaine Bleau pool.

I thought the stay was fair. Service at front desk and maintainence was good. Valet service took a long time and was overpriced in my opinion. Location of hotel is walking distance to the fountain bleau hotel.

Although well situated on the beach, the hotel is very shabby. Our room needed painting and the carpet was very stained and wrinkled. We awoke to painters scraping the wall of the room next to ours...I guess some rooms are being painted! Our AC was spotty and after 4 tries maintenance said it couldn't be fixed. We were given a new room to sleep in, […] thankfully...but not before we had to endure our first hot and stuffy night! To top it all off, the pool was closed for renovations. This was not mentioned ANYWHERE when booking the hotel. We were able to use the Holiday Inn pool next door which had a great little cabana bar! The staff did try hard to make things right but there is only so much they can do. Read more

They somehow had my reservation for two twin beds instead of a single King/Queen bed, but they were able to change it to what I originally booked for. Nothing special. Small rooms that are pretty dated. Most of the new money went into the lobby. Clean and decent location close to a lot of restaurants and beach. Price creates a decent value. Wait staff across the board seem disinterested at best. Overall pretty mediocre.

The room was bit smaller than I expected, but nice service. The pool was good size to play, The boardwalk and private beach was so pefect to enjoy in morning and night, anytime of the day. The location seems bit far away from the South beach, but actually not too close but not too far away from South Miami Beach with quiet and cleaness.

Great stay. I liked being right on the beach and there is a pool in the back of the hotel. I liked being right next door to the FoutainBleu which makes it easy to go out to their clubs. We stood at this hotel twice: three nights and two weeks later night. The only good thing in this hotel is the restaurant where also the staff is very friendly. The staff was very accommodating. Being near the elevators was quite noisy and we go to bed early but they were able to switch us to a different room despite it being sold out. Meals were hit or miss, breakfast buffet was great. Very good location for us.

honestly my rating on this hotel is very poor. for the money we paid it was so not worth it. the bathrooms smelled very bad, the room was very dirty. i travel alot and this was the worst. i would not recommend this hotel to anybody. if tthere was any way i could do a charge back and get all my money i would do it in a hearth beat.

So i don't know where to start with the review. Me and my friends had the worst experience staying here. So to begin we paid for oceanview room and guess what we got a tree view room and the hotel had tons of room with no blocking ocean view but they wouldn't change it saying its packed meanwhile, you could see some rooms empty. Then, our keys to the […] room were blocked 2-3 times during our stay of 6 nights. You go all the way to your room at night after you are tired and then find out the keys not working so come down and go through the process to get the keys..That is so wrong. We had to call everyday to ask for hand towels. Even after telling them so many times you will still need to call for towels. The Restaurant in the hotel-very rude staff. We had a 2 year old kid with us. He needs warm milk every morning. You can get free cold milk from them but to heat it up in microwave they will charge you $3.75, which is still fine. But we had leftover milk and went and ask them to heat it up and they said they would not. They want you to pay and buy warm milk but won't heat up the milk that you give. They said its Hotel policy and upon asking Front Desk they said there is no rule like that. So no proper communication between their staff. The hotel next door which is Holiday Inn would give you free warm milk for kid.. The Hotel doesn't carry any minor First Aid kit at all. So guess you have minor headache or a cut you call 911, that is what they say. If you want Tylenol in the middle of the night call 911..Well i am not sure how appropriate is that but to me that was total mismanagement... Would never recommend this hotel to anybody. Read more

I've stayed here many times as its an inexpensive alternate to the Foutainbleau and Eden Roc when I need to be in that area for business. The hotel is usually very clean and kept neat. This time however it looked very run down. I know they are in the midst of renovating so take that into consideration. I have to admit that the view from our room and balcony was beautiful. Unfortunately, the room, two dble beds, was very small. The ceiling dripped in front of the bathroom.
