Rather pricey for the middle of February, but very little else was open on the Cape. It's one of those places with rooms and balconies overlooking a central pool, so everything smells slightly of chlorine. If you don't want to watch your kids (or others) frolicking, or don't want the light from the pool area illuminating your room through the filmy curtains, you might want to ask for an exterior room. The heating unit was so noisy I had to shut it off, and somehow the sheets kept bunching up. Perhaps I'm too restless a sleeper or the bedding doesn't fit very well.

We just had a little off season getaway on a gorgeous November weekend. Great biking and walking on the beach. Always nice to renew the soul! Great area to do just that.

Very quiet during my stay (10/31 and 11/1). My room and my balcony overlooked on the indoor pool where they are few people. Is it the same in summer?

The hotel was decent, nice decor and clean. They didn't offer breakfast which would have been nice. They offered complimentary bottled water, but that meant 1 bottle for my wife and I share. When we asked about a second botlle, we were going biking, they said it would be $2. Would have been nice to get a Queen size bed, but place was booked solid with weddings and other event related customers so two doubles was all they had.

We stayed at the Four Points – Eastham for 1 night. The initial service was poor. The front desk staff (of one) was on the phone when we arrived and continued to speak to her friend/colleague on the phone while we waited for her to hang up. The only room she had was the ‘accommodation’ room – which was fine but not what we expected. It appeared they were very short staffed. There was a wedding rehearsal dinner going on – so the one bartender/server was run off her feet – however she seemed to take it all in stride. Food in the bar – not so great. The young man who checked us out was pleasant and helpful.

I thought that it was going to be nice with the name Sheraton! What a shock! While the people where very nice, the place needs a major makeover. Converted from what used to be motel, the walls are so thin that you can hear the next-door TV or someone taking a shower! The shower-head is place so low (and I am NOT a tall person) that you need to bend over to rise off the shampoo… The smell of the indoor pool can be strong. There is no safe in your room to secure your computer or other valuable items while being out. Some of the electrical outlets (and there are not too many) do not work! I’ll think twice before I come back!

I'm glad a friend suggested a poolside, 1st floor room. It was great to get a cup of coffee (free) from the restaurant, enjoy it by the pool, then go for a long swim. Room was clean and comfortable except the arm chair was right next to the cooling system so too cold to sit in without sweatsuit. Nice location on the Cape, kind of central to parks, etc.

I recently stayed at your hotel, August 21st to the 24th, 2012. While the size of the room, the bed linens and the close proximity to beautiful beaches was a plus there were some serious flaws. My sisters and I chose FourPoint Sheraton for Sheraton's well known standard of quality, this hotel did not measure up. There was an odor about the bathroom that was slightly musty perhaps because the tub was slow draining. The toilet seat was broken and sadly when this was brought to the front desk's attention, it was not corrected. The hallways and room doors were very tired looking and in need of painting and rug cleaning. We were on the second floor but there was not an elevator so we had to "lug" our bags up a flight of stairs. Definitely not a Sheraton standard. We went to the outside pool one day and were met with a beautiful looking pool with a six inch line of dirt at the water mark. Not very inviting! And lastly the overall feel of the lobby was cold! The manager on duty appeared distant. She did not want our input and at one point walked away! Again, I repeat not a Sheraton standard.

Feel that the cost is rather high for the accommodations provided. The rooms were constantly moist (air conditioning created a moist feeling) and the toilet was clogged.

the hotel was easy to reach as it was located right on main highway.close to all cape cod locations.the rooms were very attractive.beautful bed linens and comfortable beds.rooms were immaculate.the entire hotel was very clean and beautifully decorated.the restaurant was great.i had breakfast there every morning.staff was very pleasant and prices were very reasonable.food was good.the indoor pool was wonderful s was the whirlpool.would go back thre in a minute!.

The Four Points Sheraton is clearly a refurbished motel. There are two floors with no elevator, and the rooms are arranged in such a way that people staying in the outside rooms can park their cars in front of their own rooms-- which is standard for motels but not for hotels. The inside rooms probably overlooked a parking lot on the other side at one time, but that has now been enclosed and made into an indoor pool. We asked for a quiet room and were given an inside room on the second floor, so we were protected from parking lot noise, but in exchange got a certain amount of noise from the pool (which carries because of the echo effect of the large enclosure). The room itself was decent and clean, and the chambermaids were all very nice. However, the amenities were minimal: soap, shampoo, and conditioner (from dispensers in the bathtub), hair drier, small refrigerator, and a (flimsy and leaky) coffee maker. This is slightly more than what a motel normally offers, but less than what one can expect from a very basic hotel. The staff at the front desk were pleasant, but the service they extended consisted of the very minimal attention one usually gets at a motel. However, the description we read on the Expedia site led us to expect a full-service hotel, and the price was also that of a hotel. Our experience was therefore very disappointing. We could have stayed at a motel and got pretty much the same thing (probably for less), but then we would not have felt slighted.

Wonderful little hotel that is within a short distance to Nauset Light and its beach. Comfortable beds and the most comfortable comforter I have ever had the pleasure to use. On the minus side, the air-conditioner is a tad loud and the ir is a certain mustiness smell in the room.

We were astounded to discover that there was literally no acceptable accommodations for a 1 night stay close to Provincetown in August, even booking 3 weeks out. This place had rooms, but at a steep premium, even for this seasoned traveller to Europe's big cities, etc... That said, the condition of the hotel and our rooms, the cleanliness and amenities offered, the quality of the buffet breakfast and the knowledgeable, friendly staff were all great. Our ignorance of the market in the Lower Cape was our fault - next time we'll shop around earlier or drive back to Hyannis.

Our accommodations at the Sheraton was really nice with clean, comfortable rooms and a nice restaurant where we enjoyed a tasty leisurely breakfast. The location is excellent if you are planning an excursion to Cape Cod and an interesting museum/bird sanctuary near the hotel.

Beim Buchen ist Vorsicht geboten, es gibt Zimmer nach außen und Zimmer mit Fenster zum Pool gerichtet. Letztere sind auf Grund hoher Luftfeuchtigkeit kaum zu ertragen, zumal die Klimaanlagen sehr laut sind. Nachdem wir also ohne Probleme in ein äußeres Zimmer ziehen konnten, war dieses Hotel mit seinen tollen Betten und der Aussattung und dem guten Restaurant sehr angenehm!

Epouventable Arrivées à 1 h du matin à l'aéroport, j'ai essayé de joindre l'hotel pour avoir une adresse précise car nous étions en voiture et nous ne trouvions pas l'hotel. l'appel arrive sur une boite vocale, qui au 1er appel, après avoir choisi ; réservation faite, ne répond pas, ensuite répond occupée et après un 3ème appel un jeune femme m'indique uniquement l'adresse de votre mail et raccroche.Nous avons du suivre et payer un taxi pour arriver à l'hôtel vers 2h30 du matin. Tout était fermé. Nous arrivons à entrer grâce à des clients qui avaient une carte. Le réceptionniste m'indique qu'il n'a plus la chambre à 2 lits que nous avons réservée et qu'il ne doit en aucun cas tenir compte des demandes particulières ! mais simplement me fournir un chambre!
