The hotel was great. The only problems I saw were there was a few mold spots on the ceiling in the bathroom, and the beds only had 2 pillows. We told them there would be 4 people, but still, we were pretty much left with only 1 pillow each, which made sleeping a little uncomfortable. Otherwise the hotel was great. I stayed here with my husband and young child for an overnight business trip for my husband. The room wad disgusting. The sheets were obviously not washes between customers. There was hair on the pillows and on the sheets once pulled down. I asked for clean sheets to be brought to my room bit nobody came. "Sorry for the appearance, we are undergoing renovation" about sums it up. The same sign was in the bathroom last November when we stayed here, when this was a Sheraton 4 points. And the same signs were there a year before that. We have stayed here every Thanksgiving for 4 years because it is convenient to our family. The hotel has been steadily fading […] during that time, with no signs of any actual renovations. The bathrooms are clean, but the sink and counter tops are flaking and cracked. The plastic shower/tub installations are etched and have permanent stains and graying. The carpet has old stains. The beds are becoming hammock-like, and the pillows are thin. We were there 4 nights and got used to it, but it was not our idea of a restful respite. Also, this hotel allows pets in every room, though they say they try to reserve some that do not. Hard to tell. There were barking dogs throughout the hotel and a "dog-friendly" grassy area, with bags not everyone used, right outside the exit door near our room. The price is right, but I think this will be our last year here. One bright spot. Breakfast was reasonably priced and quite tasty, with the regular offerings and some unique dishes. Read more

The beds were comfortable and things were relatively clean. A slight musty odor was in the room that bothered me, although I am very sensitive to smells and have entered very few hotels without the smell. The thing that bothered me the most was that there was no fridge or microwave. Our stay was for 3 nights and we tried to cut costs on food by buying […] things at Walmart and found that we had no way to keep things cold. I ended up stuffing lunch meat and cheese in the ice bin with ice on top, but it did not help. I still had to throw away some of each. It was irritating to say the least. The staff was very friendly though even when we brought our coffee down to see if they would heat it up in their microwave....... I acknowledged above that I would recommend this hotel to a friend only because I used to live in this area and I know that this is probably the best you will find in the area for a reasonable price. The sink needs to be replaced because there are many chips..looked dirty. The shower had an enclosure which was nice except on the ceiling the enclosure didn't met the ceiling. It's a motel. Don't bother bringing your bags in..because chances are you will be lugging them back out to your car and driving around to find your room entrance. I expected more from a Ramada. The floor in the room was not clean, the bathrooms were filthy and the water did not go down in the shower. It was clogged with hair. Fortunately we took two rooms so we used the other shower. Definitely not convenient when traveling with six people.

Even though the area was hit with a severe storm, accomodations could have been much better. We had two rooms. Took 1 hour to find us rooms that had electricity and that didn't have a puddle infront of the door. Even after eletricity was restored, 1 of our rooms still didn't have air conditioning. After numerous reminders, they finally figured out the […] room's unit was broke and it took them 1 1/2 days to switch us into a different room. Storm conditions aside, the rooms were dirty--smelled like mold, the carpet was very dirty, and one of the rooms bathroom had what looked like diarrea splattered on toliet and wall. Breakfast---don't bother. Their idea of continental breakfast consisted only of muffins (if you got lucky enough to get downstairs early enough to get one!) and coffee (again, get downstairs early if you want a cup). Thew hotel was very nice except the room had an odor that smelled like it was once a smoking room. The room was clean and spacious. The bathroom sink was peeling but they did have a sign saying excuse our appearance as we renovate. The location was excellent, across the street from the mall with restaurants conveniently located.

They brought us a DVD player due to the Direct TV outage (no nickelodeon) and crib was all set up and ready upon arrival. close to IdleWild and plenty of other things to do like Go Carts and miniature golf and restaurants and stores/mall. We were given new cards at least 3 different times and when they continued not working, we were told that we would have to wait until a locksmith came to address the matter.
