"Too close to the highway"

The hotel was too close to the highway, and I couldn't get a good night sleep because of the noisy traffic. I read in an earlier review that the hotel's close proximity to the highway wasn't an issue, well it was for me. Maybe rooms on the otherside of the building would have been less noisy, but it was late when I got in and didnt feel like going through the hassle of a room change.

"A Pleasant Surprise"

The location of the hotel sitting right next to the highway had me questioning how quiet it would be. But once I stepped through the door all that changed. The public rooms were very nicely decorated and well maintained, the breakfast area clean and well stocked, the staff was very nice and helpful when I needed directions printed for the next part of my trip. The room was standard, no-frills-but even though it faced the highway it was quiet. The bed was very comfortable and the shower hot with good water pressure.

This hotel was overall one of the better ones I have been too. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room and majority of the hotel were clean. Only complaint I have is that the pool seemed very cloudy and somewhat dirty, may have just been during the time I spent there though.

"Just what we asked for !"

This was the best reservation we ever made, it was a short notice overnight gataway... we needed to get out of town for a night ... we picked NH... our agent "Andrew"was great.. he told us while booking our hotel that it was his second day at the job.. he seemed so seasoned I did not believe him.. he did everything for us.. he was fast and on point with the hotel choice.. it had al ltha twe asked for.. great CLEAN room, nice staff, super right off the highway location.. inernet.. with no problems.. breakfast better than we asked for.. the yeven have an indoor pool and hot tub that closes at 11.. it was afreat way to end a great day... I have no complaints on this hotel ! It was great !

"great room for the money"

I could have used more blankets on the bed. I had been outdoors all day and felt chilled all night without enough blankets. The heat in the room was either too hot or not hot enough. There was no comfortable temperature zone that I could find.

All was great except the fire alarm going off only an hour after we got in from clubbing and had to evacuate the hotel in the middle of the night. One concern was the I thought hotel staff should have made sure everyone was out of the hotel

This was an excellent stay. The staff, facilities, room and services were all perfect. We have stayed in 5 or 6 hotels in the last year and this was by far the best value and a great stay. We loved it.

I can't say enough about the great customer service I recieved upon check-in. Free beverages and snacks were available as well as the front desk having great recommendations for local "flavor". Beds were very comfortable. Will definitly stay again as we loved the hotel and the town.

We were welcomed with a smile and warm brownies. Our trip was short, so the location and convenience of the hotel was essential, but we didn't want to spend a ridiculous amount just to sleep. The continental breakfast was better than most I have experienced.
