The staff was very helpful. the room was really clean. We slept really good and almost missed breakfast. The pool was always stocked with clean towels and the pool was very clean.

The breakfast hostess Evangelina was not very hospitable or friendly. Was rude to the children and took the oil for waffle iron so they couldn't use it. Was not helpful at all! On the other hand Terivia was friendly and very helpful. And the kids enjoyed her service as well as myself and my husband.

They had just shampooed the carpets at the hotel and it smelled like wet carpet. Due to the humidity the smell was very bad and the carpets would not dry. We asked for a different room but they were unable to accommodate us.

Nice clean hotel at a great price and just off the main highway. Very close to lots of restaurants and shopping. The breakfast had a lot of nice little extras: fresh nuts and fruits, strawberries for the waffles, extra juice choices. I would definitely stay there again.

This is a smaller hotel, so there is no fold out A frame for your suitcase, no refrigerator, and no ice on each floor. However, the room was nice and clean and there was a nice TV.

our stay at this hotel was great. i always choose fairfield inn by marriott anywhere we go even in San Antonio. The service was wonderful, hotel was very clean and neat. The only thing I have to complain about it the elevator (need to be remodeled or a new one put in) it's very slow and makes a lot of noise.. The staff was sooo nice. My room didn't […] originally come with a mini fridge, so i asked for one and there was one in my room when i arrived at no extra charge.. i hosted a slumber party for my kid and we had a blast with the indoor pool and hot tub.. Free breakfast was great, they all kinds of food and drinks.. This location is very close to all types of restaurants and deerbrook mall.. will stay at fairfield hotel again in the future. Read more

Stayed one night. Beds were great, rooms were a bit musty, didn't get real cool in the night. But we like it cold. We wanted to see if the Hampton next door was better, and it did seem to be better. Stayed 3 nights there and we're quite satisfied. Overall it was clean and sleepable!

Everything was as expected. Clean room very clean area in and around the Hotel. Very helpful staff. Breakfast choice is very limited but will have something to get your morning started. My only 2 complaints are 1 the front door should be a sliding door and the bed is a bit worn out.
