We needed a one-nighter close to the airport before heading down to Sanibel. It's only less than 2 miles from the airport. This is a great choice - shocked that it's only considered a 2-star. Very clean (my number 1 priority), very comfortable, great decor, excellent breakfast. Highly recommend!

Lobby / breakfast area was not quite up in quality to other Fairfield Inns I have seen, and room was not cleaned until rather late in the afternoon. Otherwise, the accommodations were fine, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was very good.

This is an average hotel in the chain, close to the airport but not much else. No real complaints because the location is what attracted me. Another time I would choose a hotel with more restaurants and clubs nearby for entertainment.

I have stayed here several times when I travel to St Pete for a Tampa Bay Rays game. This occasion was for a Tampa Bay Lightning hockey game. For both of these events I must travel to get to the games but the experiences I have had here keep me coming back. Nice, but too bad a laundry is not available on premises. Other than that, very peaceful, clean, staff is very friendly. I've noticed some hotels in the sub-tropical climate of Tampa Bay have a mildewy smell. This one does not, and that's gotta be a difficult task.

Staff is great and very helpful. Room was large, comfortable beds, very clean and quiet. Close to many restaurants and easy access to Pinellas and Hillsborough. Breakfast was very impressive...lots to choose from. Would definately stay again. Amazing hotel for the low price.

The room was clean, the sheets were a bit stiff. When the shower was left on, it some how leaked to the carpet right outside the bathroom door. The lady at the front desk was alright, not super friendly but oh well. Overall, the hotel did its job which was give me a decent place to stay the night.

pool is small,pool towels run out and they dont replace them until the next day! nothing to do around this place. i had a broken door and no one came out ever and i was there for 3days! Wonderful room, very dedicated staff and clean facilities. ....my only concern was the shower curtain....not long enough to keep the water from coming out when showering. But the rooms are beautifully decorated.

This place is great for the family! We loved the awesome breakfast with lots to choose from (for the kids :) The pool was outside and clean, same with hot tub. I would have liked the hot tub to be hotter --- but it was OK. We went to the Salvador Dali Museum, the shops and ate at "Gratzzi Italian Grille"--- best Italian I have had in a long time.

Room had a strong chemical smell when we arrived. My boyfriend and I just wanted to getaway for the night, and we knew the hotel was almost full so we didn't complain. The room we got was directly across from the elevator and ice machine, so we didn't have a quiet moment until very late at night. Room said online it would have a spa tub, but did not. […] The tub finish was old and scratched also. The staff was rude when we asked for late checkout, and told us we has to call the front in the morning. Very close to St. Petersberg-Clearwater airport. We were given coupons at check in for nearby restaurants. We ate at Antonio's. The food was delicious and potions were huge. The hotel was conveniently located and the bed was ultra comfortable. We would definitely stay again!

Only reason I gave it a 4 was I was shocked to learn it didn't have a fridge or microwave in the room. Also the wireless kept disconnecting and I had to resubmit some homework that was lost after I spent 30+ minutes on it. Small things I know but for extended stay people or business travel these things matter.

We stayed at this hotel for a ball game. The beds were hard and uncomfortable. The tv picture was fuzzy. There was pounding as people walked through the hall. Cheap hotel ... You get what you pay for!
