The Hampton Inn is a middle of the road hotel. For the money, it is an excellent choice. Each night comes with a free breakfast, which has cereal, fresh fruit, muffins, variety of breads, yogurt, juices, good coffee, tea and pancakes and/or eggs. Our room was very clean and comfortable and it had a microwave and fridge. This particular hotel was minutes to Syracuse University, downtown Syracuse and the large shopping mall. It was convenient to everything. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

Because this hotel is not in the main hotel circle, I figured it would be an average hotel tucked behind a Chuck E Cheese. The hotel was very well kept and the room was absolutely gorgeous and clean. The bed was comfortable, free wifi and breakfast. Couldn't ask for more from a hotel.

Overall it was a decent stay. The hot tub was broke so we couldn't enjoy that. Shower was dirty. My wife cleaned it before she let anyone use it. Location was good. Not worth the $125 I payed in my opinion. Breakfast was best part about stay.

Decent hotel, but next time I'll stay elsewhere. I was told by hotels.com that our room would have a mini-fridge and microwave, which are necessary when traveling with our toddler. Our room had neither of these things. Not the hotel's fault, the onus lies with hotels.com!

We love this hotel. Our son goes to Syracuse University and we stay here all the time. Great breakfast included. Stores and restaurants galore in walking distance as well as a mall. Staff is very friendly and accomadating

I made the mistake of assuming there would be a fitness center, as I've found in every other Fairfield I've stayed in, and there wasn't. Also, would appreciate a small in-room refrigerator. There was none. Breakfast selection was adequate. Staff nice. Discovered we had forgotten a few items, including a half full Rx bottle. This was exactly what we expected based on the reputation of the Fairfield name and the money that we paid for our stay. Room was clean, breakfast was decent, staff was really friendly and accommodating and the location very safe and convenient. We would definitely stay there again.
