When we walked in the hotel seemed great. As we walked down the second floor hallway to our room we were hit with the overwhelming smell of smoke...even though they claimed to be smoke free. Everything was good except when the group came home from the party at 1:30am. The voices, door-knocking, movements, EVERYTHING sounded like it was right in our room. Hotels need to find a way to insulate better, or quarantine any party people to one section of the hotel!

Hotel was quiet and clean. My only issue was the breakfast area. It is too small and cramped. The layout is difficult when even a few people are there at the same time. It is in a corner and makes it hard to even get a cup of coffee. Perhaps the area could be laid out differently to make it a bit more open. We would stay again regardless.

Great breakfas. The hotel used by lots of youth travel teams, so can be noisy & the pool overcrowded with little ones, but overall, clean & comfortable. Free wifi is a plus & the hotels.com pricing makes it a good deal.

Our van was broken into and the GPS/radio was stolen and other damage while parked in the hotel's lot. We carefully parked under a light to be safe. The police said that any hotel located near an expressway entrance is easy access to thieves. This hotel has easy access. As the hotel takes no responsibility this was a $3,500 night! We booked through a discount website that promised we would have a free breakfast buffet, a nicer room, and indoor pool and spa that we wanted. Although the room was smaller than expected, it was the "no breakfast buffet" that disappointed us. We had even asked the night before and a hotel staff member told us the "hot breakfast buffet in the fine dining […] room would be available from 7 am to 10 am." There was only the complimentary breakfast (which was sufficient) but we paid a little more thinking we would have omelets in the morning. We told the desk their website is incorrect along with the website through which we booked and also their own staff member. The hotel clean; the King room was comfortable, but small and had inadequate shelf-space. The hotel is convenient to I-696, but requires significant driving through severely congested construction to get anywhere else -- including adequate restaurants. The breakfast is high on sodium and fats... but did have simple hard-boiled eggs and a limited selection […] of non-sugared cereals and fresh fruit. For English speaking guests, there may be difficulty communicating with the breakfast staff. The hotel is family-friendly; perhaps too much so for more mature guests. The fitness center is small & inadequate; the pool is ok but the hours are limited for those wishing to swim early in the am or before bed. Stayed 5 days and had a good experience. Great breakfast included. Even a good selection for the kids. Elevator is a little slow, but that can be over looked since everything else was a good experience. Second time I have stayed here and I would recommend it. Didn't use the workout room or the pool, but the kids were having fun.

HAd to change rooms twice due to door keys not working-took several attempts. One guest said this has happened alot-she had stayed there many times. We were tired from traveling many hours and sitting in doctor's offices all day. When we finally got in a room we couldn't get in our outside door to unload our car.
