The hotel was very nice. Very close to Piccadilly station. all kinds of shopping and great areas to see. I had a great time just roaming the city. The only bad experience I had was that one evening at 3 in the morning the next room decided to have a gab fest for an hour. other than that I was very happy with my stay.....

The hotel/Aparthotel was huge. I was disappointed about being on the ground floor, but other than that it was very good. I would have appreciated the presence of UHT milk with the sachets of coffee. The kitchen was fully equipped with a cooker, microwave, kettle and fridge - could have happily fit four people in the room - which at the rate I paid a night would have been well cheap! The bathrooms were clean, plenty of towels and, importantly free wifi - although one does have to sign up to a website. One passcode per device, but relatively fast.

The Holiday Inn Express was within walking distance to most anything in downtown Manchester. It was clean, quiet, & cozy, the staff was great and very nice.

It's a beautiful hotel, tasty breakfast. However, if you need help with bags, be prepared to wait awhile.

"Great value quality hotel"
Stayed at this hotel with a colleague on business in Sept 09. The event we were attending was held in the hotel so don't have much of an opinion on the location, apart from the fact it was easy to find and close to Junction 25 on the M62. Booked a single room and was pleasantly surprised to find myself in a family room. Hotel was as you would expect […] for a Holiday Inn - clean, modern, well maintained. Didn't try the leisure facilities but poked my nose in the gym and it all looked very jolly. "Great Hotel foreasy access to the M62"
This hotel is great if you want to travel around the M62 area but dont want to stay in a town centre. Food in the restaurant was lovely and the gym and pool are great. "JY stay i Stourport Manor Hotel"
great service during my stay - a slight delay with room service as no menu in the room and no menus to be found at reception bar or resteraunt. One was brought to my room and room service followed promptly and well served. Overall great stay - I will be back

"Good stop off for business in the Bradford area"
Great facilities and food for a 3* hotel, and reasonably priced too. Will definitely stay again next time I'm visiting the area.
"Good hotel but don't follow SatNav!"
This hotel is a decent quality functional hotel. Service was very good and room was clean and comfortable. However, it took 30 mins longer than it should have to find it as Sat Nav took us through a small village and then got us lost! We asked directions and in reality the hotel was right next to the motorway and could not have been easier to find!
"Holiday Inn in Brighouse"
The hotel room we had was old and tired. The TV only had 5 anaolgue channels plus one sky channel - no freeview or digital. We had a cup of tea (2 people and a biscuit each) in the lounge and they wacked on a 10% service charge and it cost £8.50! On arrival I had to give my address again as they had my name listed against a different address, and on […] departure we were asked to pay for the room despite having paid in full in advance at the time of the booking. We thought we'd booked a room with breakfast, the hotel said breakfast would be £9.50 each extra or £13.50 each if we just turned up for it the following day. How do they justify the prices? The staff were completely unconcerned about asking us to pay again and didn't even apologise. Awful place although Brighouse is great. The previous night we stayed in a Holiday Inn Express which had newer furnishings, was cheaper and included free breakfast. Read more

The help yourself buffet breakfast could improve a lot especially the HOT food. It was lukewarm at most and the black pudding was solid.

Good hotel, facilities were good, leisure suite was small but did us fine for the stopover. Would stay here again regularly on this deal :-))
